Tl;dr: I had my 1st ever app't w/ a psychiatrist & felt scammed. We met via telehealth. I called ahead to confirm this was ok, I had been referred for med. management. I was unaware you could practice med. mgm't via telehealth in TX. They confirmed it was ok. I scheduled my app't 4 days after I was due for a refill on my 10 day supply, it was an "as needed" med. They rescheduled, they had to wait 28 days after med pickup per DEA laws. I said ok & used the herbs & meditation techniques f/ my care team to get through the med gap. We met online. When he connected, he didn't have his vid on. I asked if he checked his vid settings. He said it gave him trouble all day & called several times, although we were already connected online. He could see & hear me & I could hear him. I said I don't check my personal phone but every couple hours at work. He said I had an app't with him. I said it would be unusual for me to be on my personal phone at work when we were connected for our video app't as planned. It was weird. I provided my medical records & referral f/ my GP. I gave the info my GP advised me to, regarding meds I tried & meds we found successful. I showed him my physical script bottles - my GP had recently changed dosage of one but I straightened that out. After providing the info f/ my GP, he told me we were not a fit b/c I was taking 2 controlled meds which he thought should be managed in person. I told him that's what I thought originally which is why I called ahead to double check. It was a hard time with providers' inconsistency during the pandemic, & I wanted something stable. He apologized & offered to follow up with me regarding reimbursement for our $195 10min. app't. I never received follow-up, so called days later to check reimbursement status. They said he sent discharge paperwork. I said that was what we talked about. I hadn't received it yet & requested they send it to me. They said they already had & would again, still haven't received. I told them I coordinated with my GP to stop taking 1 of the 2 meds discussed w/ the psychiatrist, it was minimally effective, so it was just 1 med remaining on the referral. The clinic I work at discharges patients, however if circumstances change & they need to resume services, we can readmit them. After I shared I was taking FEWER meds, the rep. informed me that he discharged me because I was "exhibiting HIGH drug seeking behavior", so they would not readmit me. I was completely shocked! The info he asked for was consistent w/ what my GP advised me to provide. So, I Googled what "drug seeking behavior" was. It said things like: needing to make app'ts urgently/ at days end, calling regularly, requesting specific meds & not being open to alternatives, dressing in an odd manner, "Dr. shopping", coming from out of town, etc. NONE of this occurred at all in any way. I have the same Dr./ care team for 7+ years. I dressed in a plain tank top & pair of cotton shorts, it was over 100°. I was flexible when the clinic changed the app't. I used other meds/ non medicinal care with my regular therapy, PT, ND, & GP having had me try 30+ combined treatments. I called about the reimbursement during normal biz hrs. The app't occurred in the town I live. They still ghosted me about the reimbursement & treated me like a criminal in the process. UPDATE: EzCare reached out & was compassionate, understanding, validating, & apologized. Refund processed. Assuming follow through, they stated details for which they intend on taking necessary action to ensure future clients feel care & compassion regardless of fit. Thank you! UPDATE 2: After months, the clinic began sending daily emails to reschedule. Why!?

I haven’t received my medication since Monday due to a licensing issue with a new provider. I was never contacted to resolve this. When I eventually called, I was told the only option was to have the medication delivered by RX, which meant not being able to pick it up in person. This issue happened when I switched doctors because the physician I normally see once a month had a full schedule. This service is not organized and unfortunately have to look for another provider.

My name is Justin Ruth I had an appointment with dr ambrosio Romero. He was great , like the first doctor who seemed to care. The only issue is one of the two medications he gave me isn’t helping for panic attacks. I’ve called customer service 3 times. The told me 3 days ago they sent the dr a note to send in a different anxiety med in and after two more calls I have had no response thru text or email that a new medicine would be sent to my pharmacy. I’m hoping he is just busy because after spending all the money I did I’m only left with a ssri. I’ve been out of work for the last two days having panic attacks bad again . Can someone please have the doctor call in a different medicine or have the dr email me . I was told 24-36 hours it’s now been 3 days started off work a 5 stat review. Then after years of being on my anxiety and mat meds they refused to see me cutting me cold turkey off Meds that atw suppose to be Weaned’ luckily found a new service who explained their explanations are false and continue care with a New company thag treats you with compassion not a dr.

Make sure you take screenshots every minute your on the call, drs don’t call for appointments they’ll try and say it’s you! After you sat on hold and been recycled through every customer service rep in India that reads off the same script “we’ll transfer are concerns to the management team and have them call you back” you’ll never get called back. Once you pay for your second appointment or the rare chance they give you another you’ll have to repeat the process for another 3/5 days because the Medical Director there won’t actually send the prescriptions

This place is a joke! Not a real doctors office! Currently under investigation by numerous agencies. They do NOT care about your mental health. The entire office "team" can barley speak English, I suspect calls are answered by a center over seas. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Disappointing experience. Unresponsive and zero flexibility. Disappointing experience. Unresponsive and zero flexibility. I was genuinely hopeful when I turned to MedVidi for support managing my ADHD. I came to them during a very challenging season in my life: caring full-time for my medically complex child, balancing family responsibilities, and trying to stay afloat with work and school, all while managing severe symptoms. Unfortunately, the care I received did not meet even basic expectations. My initial appointment lasted only ***8 minutes*** (See attached photo conformation from my correspondance). I voiced concern about the prescribed medication, requested an alternative, and was ignored. Follow-up attempts were met with generic replies, a strict no-refund policy, and ultimately an offer for another appointment long after I'd already sought better care elsewhere. Throughout this process, I remained respectful and persistent. I documented everything. I made it clear that I wasn’t seeking compensation beyond what I paid, just a fair and human response to a poor clinical experience. Instead, I encountered a company culture that appears to prioritize rigid policy over patient care. Zero-exception refund policies are not a marker of professionalism. They’re a red flag especially when services are unsatisfactory or misaligned with patient needs. After exhausting all support channels, I reached out directly to MedVidi’s executive leadership through LinkedIn and other professional platforms, including their CEO, CTO, CMO, and COO. I have yet to receive any acknowledgment. I will be posting the full transcript of my correspondence with MedVidi’s support team, to ensure transparency for other prospective patients. I sincerely hope management takes this opportunity to reflect and reach out. Until then, I cannot recommend MedVidi, and I urge anyone seeking truly patient-centered mental healthcare to look elsewhere.

I have been a patient with Ez care clinic for about a couple of years now, and I've had multiple issues. When it comes to getting a prescription sent correctly to the pharmacy so they can fill my meds. They sure are quick to personally call you multiple times a month trying to get you to book your appointment (& pay). I'm sure it's not the Dr.'s fault, but the incompetence of the people that are supposed to inform the dr of the app. I have been without my meds for a week now; and sending a prescription to the pharmacy is probably the easiest part of their job. This will not be the first time that I've had to abruptly stop taking my meds because of an error on their part, and it's so hard to deal with & work. For the life of me, I don't understand how I, the patient is the one still being effected negatively bc of their error. As it's not hard enough day to day, with ADHD, but this on nightmare on top of it, is ridiculous an unprofessional. I've never been treated this way from a Dr's office and it's unacceptable. P.S. Don’t even bother me with that BS auto reply about reaching out. I’ve already called that number, as well as sent an email & that does absolutely NOTHING to remedy this issue.

Would not recommend all they want is your money they scammed me out my money I’m having to sue the company because the doctors lie and they promised me a refund now they saying they challenged it and won which makes no sense after they sent me an approval for a refund runnn get a regular psychiatrist she was able to help me on the first day of our appointment and I was able to do the full 30 and not 3 minutes and if you do have an appointment with them record everything like I did

You can’t ever talk to them by phone only email. I was with them for two years and it was the worst two years of dealing with A clinic they caused more stress than anxiety than they helped the doctor. I have now is way more cheaper and gives me refills for three months and I only have to see him once every three months this place wants $170 every single month just to give you one prescription and they’re constantly trying to lower your dose they used to be OK I would see a doctor and they would give me a prescription with two refills and you can never find a pharmacy that will fill them and then if you do find a pharmacy that’ll fill them like CVS they will not send it to that pharmacy whatsoever, even though I was getting them filled there for year they just said all of a sudden we’re not sending prescriptions to CVS anymore and that was the only place in my area that would fill and they would not send it there and if you call all you’re gonna get is your place is Q one over and over. I would not recommend this place to anybody unless you want a headache

My visit with the Dr was fine. Was told by the Dr if dose needed to be adjusted to just reach out. Or/also we'll visit in a month to just go over dosage at no charge. I have reached out to adjust like Dr said with no response back from her. And now I'm being harassed to make a follow-up appt, but want to charge $159 to just adjust the dosage when I was promised no charge. And still no response from the Dr. Ridiculous.

Would not recommend this for anyone trying to get more than one prescription. I booked 2 online appointments back to back since they only allow ONE "treatment" per appointment only to find that the "Dr." would only prescribe one medication. So basically I got scammed out of 1 visit's worth. When I reached out for a refund for the 2nd appointment, they said I didn't qualify for some reason. The worst part is, the prescription that was written for the first appointment would not be filled at ANY pharmacy I could find. I tried multiple pharmacies and they all refused because it was an electronic prescription. When I emailed regarding a pharmacy that they would recommend, they suggested an online one and when I completed the required steps to use that pharmacy, I got ghosted. I then emailed them back to see what was the delay and they said that too much time had elapsed since my appointment and that they were no longer able to send my prescription. So basically I paid for TWO appointments for absolutely NOTHING. What a waste of money, time and energy. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely terrible service. They charge and charge yet never have available doctors, drs do not show up for appts and they charge the patient. You are never able to reach a doctor for questions etc post appointment unless you pay (you are supposed to be able to contact dr with any questions post appt as part of the service). Never do they help resolve an issue, they simple continue to charge you whether you recieved the service promised or not. They definitely take advantage of patient needs. Terrible.

Extremely helpful, dedicated doctors AND staff. I highly recommend! I've been looking for help and most doctors are months out for appointments. I was falling apart, getting worse while waiting. I FINALLY and absolutely feel like I'm on the right track now. It's like a missing puzzle piece in place. They treat you like an individual and I'm so incredibly grateful for the doctors, support teams and everyone behind the scenes. Thank you!

This website is in all ways a scam, that's why it has more than one name, "medvidi" and "ezcare" which is it. They will take your money and discharge you with no medication and no ability to challenge the decision, also you can't get anyone on the phone or email to talk to. Do not trust this place unless you are ok throwing 180.00 down the drain.
