My experience had started out good until it came to the point where is was time to pay. Since I needed certain type of lenses the lady was going through price points she got to the second option and I had decided to go a different way.she calls a gentle man over so he can measure me for my glasses.he comes over and starts talking to me about the first options the lady was talking about and why it would be better for me.i ended up agreeing and when he called the women to come back over he asked her for the lowest price of the lenses I needed she says the price and then he goes on to say and she couldn't offered that either which think is very inappropriate and uncalled for to say why say something like that say I couldn't offered it that would make me feel even worse and embarrassed him saying that and it really ruined my experience that I was having

Luis and Hector are gentlemen who help around the store and showing there wonderful personalities too buyers and give there best advice too each person who walks in! & Sharon! The one who fixes your glasses is so helpful and kind & booked and busy! she demonstrates hard work and dedication & most of patience😴♥️! Love you guys! thank you so much! I Visited this metro optics for the first time to get my glasses fixed. Staff was very welcoming and also efficient. Hector assisted me and made my experience feel welcome to come back and bring my family as well to be seen. Awesome staff and very welcoming.

I WENT TO GET MY SUN GLASSES FIXED BECAUSE THE LENS FELL OUT THE FRAME...WHEN I ENTERED THE STORE I WAS GREETED BY A LADY NAMED THERESA..SHE WAS SO NICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.. SHE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS FAMILY....SHE FIXED THE GLASSES FOR MY SUPERVISOR IN 2 MINUTES....THANK YOU THERESA ITS PEOPLE LIKE YOU THAT MAKE THIS WORLD A BETTER PLACE ..

Young lady who says is licensed ophthalmologist was rude and unprofessional … her coworker was taking care of me and she truly cut her coworker off to address me about something I was talking to her coworker about which had to do with my children’s glasses
that location lost 5 customers bye.. theres a big guy who works there he is very nice !! Everyone else bless your heart…
