Junk in my case.
Very study and made with strong materials. However there us no adjustment for height other than raising the foot position. The unit, I feel, is made only for men. Any person with a body that is broad and big up top. I, being a woman, have a lower center if gravity. And getting on this thing, the unit will not tilt. I don't recommend it for anyone with back pain. You can't strap your feet into it having back pain. Another person will have to do that for you. If the item had a way to adjust the table position for people with a lower center of gravity, it may have worked out better for me. I would look for a unit that does that if that is your need.
Pain in the Ankles
This is the first inversion table I have owned. I bought it for my Sciatica hoping it would help. When I use this inversion table I don't have any kind of instant relief of the sciatic pain I am experiencing which is a bummer. The reason I give this a 3 star rating is because it is really uncomfortable to use for long periods of time. I set a timer to see if I could make it past 5 minutes of inversion and I only made it to 3. The pressure on my ankles is very intense because that is what's supporting my 6'1" 205lb body.
