Nice and sturdy
I love that it goes up to 450lbs. Very sturdy and easy to use. Has an extra bolt to stabilize the stand. Overall good materials. The heating and massage pad are pretty weak but I use it anyways. You can adjust with or without heat, automatic protocol or manual if you want to only target the massage on certain body parts. Like only low back, only sacrum,only mid back or only cervical.

sturdy and safe full inversion
this is a great inversion table. it is sturdy and safe and a nice adjustable massage heat pad. it really helps decompress my back.

Health Gear inversion table
Has worked well for my wife and me. Once assembled - took about 2.5 hours but had good instructions to follow. Not hard just time consuming as a lot of parts to assemble. Best if another set of hands are available for some steps.

Does help decompress painful nerves; however it's bulky and someone with back pain has a hard time setting the foot lock. Would definitely buy again but a second person is needed near by to help work it.

Avoid, product was missing some pieces, heat/massage is useless, and foot rest part is shakey.
2 end caps were missing for parts of the product and the bottom of the board had a rubber piece that was deformed pop out and was not able to be put back in, leading to the foot and strap part of the device to be wobbley/shakey. The massager and heater is more annoying and uncomfortable than useful and is not worth any upgrade from the device without one to this one. It works but is not as comfortable as other ones in the same price field.

Some find a benefit of hanging upside down. I did not though. This is a great value if that is what you are looking for. You can adjust the level of steepness you hang, as well as the level of massage you get from the massage addition. I needed to go to the chiropractor anyway so this did not help me. It may help some though. The quality and strength of it is great, it can hold a lot of weight and it can collapse to be stored. It is big and bulky though to have set up in a room. It is not exactly space saving.

please avoid buying or never use it when u r alone
If my wife had arrived just a few minutes late, I would have died on this machine. When I lay down on it, the mattress suddenly passed through the holder lock I was completely upside down and the device was locked and it was not possible to return. I kept struggling for a while and I was powerless. I will never forget the horror of that moment and the acceptance of death, my nerves are so disturbed by the recollection of those moments. I would like to shorten the definition of injuries because it was not easy for me to remember, but please avoid buying this device or never use it alone

I am not good at putting things together and this was no exception. i had to walk away from it and come back to it. The directions were not as clear as I would have liked but I finally managed to get it together. Its good quality for the price.

Good inversion table so far.
Table is sturdy and works well. The assembly instructions were a little confusing though. Walmart was $20 cheaper on this same table than other stores
