Grateful to the staff for paperwork help & schedule flexibility in the process of reorganizing my storage unit arrangements during a very busy, physically demanding work season. Cheers, fellas! Update: once again, the management team was proactive in helping me consolidate 2 units when a larger one became available (significant cost savings for me in the process). I really appreciate the extra effort!

Easily acquired a storage unit online without complications or even having to go to the rental office. Unit was ready when we went to it.

Todd and Will are the best! Todd helped figure out our rate and placed a new lock on our unit for us. Will does a great job with keeping us informed via email of our current due dates. Both of these guys go above and beyond. Great communication, very helpful, and always a friendly experience. Would recommend them again and again for any storage needs.

The men at the Fry Rd and Madison are the very best! Never will I go any where but there. I send all of my friends and family there also.

Rented a unit online on a Sunday with the expectation of being able to access the unit same day because that’s what the website said. After the money was taken out of my account I received a email saying that I could access the unit on Monday when the office would be open. I spoke with customer service to explain my situation and they said that there was nothing they could do about it and couldn’t even refund my money until the following day when the office opened. This is extremely frustrating and unethical. This has made an unexpected personal situation much more stressful. I feel it’s unacceptable and extremely poor business. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Will is amazing! Super friendly guy. Was willing to help get me set up, and was quick to help out when we had an issue with our unit.

Very pleased we never had to worry about our belongings being stored it was clean and secured and very helpful when we had questions!
