Expert Moving & Storage Inc. is family-owned and operated and cares for customers like Family, whether you're big or small. I was not shopping around when I first contacted Leo because I knew the company's high standards, but still, I was nervous about whether he could accommodate my new bedroom set for a short-term period (it didn't work as I had planned). Leo found a perfect-sized unit space and gave me peace of mind and guaranteed care for as long as I needed to keep it at storage, and for a unit I could afford and never increased. I whapped my beautiful bedroom set like a butterfly cocoon and left it in his care. From the first to the last-minute notice I provided him to pick up, all months of Invoices and payment processes, even when I missed the email, were stress-free. When it was time to pick it up, I was cared for as it was my first day, and I found my beautiful bedroom set as perfect as I had left it. Leo's care for its customers, integrity, professionalism, high standards, and excellence are transparent to his sons and company. I don’t know how it could have been better.

This outfit has a name that fits them perfectly. Our move was fairly complex in that we had to store for three months and then move the whole household to two different houses about 220 miles away from the original house. The crew assigned was six folks who absolutely treated our goods as if they were the most fragile on Earth. They were on time every step of the way. They put down what seemed like miles of padding to walk on inside the houses. They took apart everything including our prized Grandfather Clock and put it all back together flawlessly. Not even one item of our stuff was scratched due to the care they took. The packing and move to storage was done in a single long day and the unpacking was done at both houses in a short day. We really appreciated the fact that they showed at precisely the time they said they would and they worked diligently to minimize the time it took. But the most impressive was the treatment of our stuff. These folks are experts indeed.

The teams that came to load and unload our things were professional, respectful and reliable. I was in direct contact with the owner who kept in-touch throughout the entire process. They were reasonable with no hidden fees and I would absolutely recommend them.

This was my 7th move (yes, 7th), including corporate moves that paid for every bell and whistle imaginable. I have had items broken, things left behind, witnessed boxes with precious keepsakes being tossed with disregard, and purchased lunches for workers who never thanked me and left a mess behind them. This was the FIRST time I was not disappointed by my choice of moving companies. Though I can only attest to my items being packed and put into storage, Matthew and his crew did an outstanding job. Outstanding. From my first call to Leo, the owner of Expert Movers, to the last item being removed from my home, my experience was fantastic. There was excellent communication, punctuality, an enviable work ethic, efficiency, politeness, and a constant display of respect for my home and belongings. I was consulted regularly to make sure that boxes were properly labeled, and the crew was considerate with how and where they left wrapped furniture and boxes as the days progressed, making the situation in the house safe and manageable. I would recommend Expert Movers to anyone (I already have, actually) after what I have seen, and am fully confident that when I find my next home, my experience will be just as good. We had a wonderful experience, start to finish, with Expert Movers who moved my mom out of our large family house, held her belongings in storage, and then moved her into her new home. Both the office & moving teams were incredibly professional, friendly and efficient with their work. There were no hidden fees or issues with their work and we would highly recommend using Expert Movers!
