I have to say, as a landlord, I am quite disappointed with this agent. Everything was fine, 10% letting only is a bit expensive but yet still they helped me secured a tenant with 3 year contract. The reason that I give only three stars is because of how they dealt with the deposit after. It has been two months now since the last tenant moved out, and all dispute has been settled within 2 weeks after the move out. I still have received the deducted deposit from the agent........ I do appreciate that this is a special time and everything tends to be slower, but still........
