Citibank closed down all of its retail services in the UK in order to focus on "High Net Worth Individuals." I.E. they don't give a toss about the regular account holders who, when they screw up, will have to bail them out.

Citibank hasn't improved since the Paris Agreement, remaining one of the top funders of fossil fuels. This is unacceptable. There are banks with more responsible environmental policies. A big thumbs down.
