I’ve been going to Adrienne for about 2 years. First, at their former location and now at their gorgeous new location. She does such an incredible job of keeping my look natural. I don’t typically leave reviews, but I am just so impressed with her work. She’s truly an expert, artist, and a pro! Love how I look:)

I used to really like Evolve and the new facility is very nice. Unfortunately I find their services unreliable. My appointment was cancelled by Evolve and I didn't get the text message they said they sent so I turned up at designated time and date. The person at the front desk, while apologetic, made me feel like it was my fault I hadn't seen the update and made no effort to recover the service breakdown. I expected more, especially as a membership holder that had been coming for years. Best they could do was rebook me. I'll be cancelling my membership, this isn't the first time they've cancelled an appointment and I'll try another spa that's perhaps better run, more reliable and respectful of their customer's time.
I feel like they don't want my business. Scheduling is always a nightmare - I have been unable to see my Evolve aesthetician since January (it is now April) due to several scheduling conflicts in which Evolve cancels my appt last minute and then expects me to reschedule for weeks later. They need better schedule management or more facial providers. Every time this happens I end up taking my business elsewhere to businesses that are able to schedule appts within a few days.

Paris is AMAZING. I’ve never been to a person who truly cares, is thorough, and goes above and beyond the way that she does. I came to her for chemical peels and facials and got SO much more. She spent time really analyzing my skin needs and came up with an entire skincare routine tailored to my concerns. She truly goes above and beyond and her facials are heavenly because she spends the time to make it a relaxing experience. Shannan is also amazing, I see her for Botox and she too takes the time to really make sure you are comfortable and get the natural look and she’s super patient!

I had a small burn on my arm that happened inadvertently when I was at the Med spa. I sent them a photo with a note and immediately they were on it, the clinical director called and the team was very caring and professional, even more so than my dermatologist. The offered to treat the mark if god forbid I did get hyperpigmentation because of it. Fortunately for me there was no mark after the wound healed but they promptly had booked me in for a check on my return from overseas. I’m so impressed. They do need a slightly bigger space for the facials and it would be nice to have a bed to lie down on instead of the chair that reclines. The staff and the management of this place is top notch!

I have been a client for over a year and could not be any happier with the results I have seen! First of all, the new location is BEAUTIFUL! I travel all the way from Long Island for Shannan’s knowledge and expertise. The first time I came in for botox I didn’t know what to expect or how it worked. Shannan was very thorough in her explanation of the process and the muscles of the face. She made sure to get before photos from every angle so the injections were in the proper spot. Her patient and gentle demeanor eased all of my nerves. I just recently completed my 3rd and final micro-needling treatment with her and WOW!! I get so many compliments on my smooth skin and more importantly, have this new inner confidence to match my outer shine. I can’t wait for my next appointment (and diamond glow facial) in a few weeks!

I visited this place for the first time, giving it a chance since I live in the area and I’ll never go back. I’ve been to other medical spas in NYC where the service and experience is similar to that of a facial. However at the Evolve Spa in Hoboken, I was given towelettes to do all of the before and after cleaning myself. For these prices, I expect a lot more service and attention than what I received. Plus, the aesthetician was quite unfriendly, with a sense she didn’t want to be bothered with me or do the service. I had high hopes for this place given its proximity to my home (I love their offerings), but not with this kind of service and “snobbery”.

I made an appointment recently to get lip fillers and botox. First, I would like to say the new facility is absolutely stunning! Very impressed. And what an awesome location.
My appointment was with Shannan and I couldn't love her more. She is extremely knowledgeable of the products and what they would do when they would be injected. Her personality made me feel comfortable and a lot less nervous. She explained to me everything she was going to do before she did it and I truly appreciate that. Her style of injecting is different from other places I have been to and I like hers more. She pays attention to detail and I am so pleased with my results! I will only go to Shannan from now on! I have been to Evolve Med Spa twice and I am hooked! The space is lovely and the treatment rooms are clean and professional. I met with Shannan both times and she is amazing. I have been to many places over the years for injections. I have seen plastic and cosmetic surgeons, dermatologists, PA’s and RN’s and Shannan is by far one of the best. She is knowledgeable, thorough and extremely professional. We discussed what I wanted and developed a plan and I am extremely happy with the results. I cannot wait to return.

did my first Morpheus 8 Session on Monday with Valerie. They just opened up the new location in Hoboken and it’s extremely nice. Valerie was phenomenal. She explained everything in detail every step of the way, and made me feel soo comfortable. She is so professional, knowledgeable, very patient, and really paid attention to exactly what I needed. I can’t thank you enough Valerie. Highly recommend this place but especially her.
