Just terrible app, please work on it, stuck on the landing page for 30 minutes while trying to charge my car, I can’t even tap on the log in button to login. I try to use other phone but all with the same issue. Now I have to leave my home again to find another charger, just a waste of time.

Genuinely really happy with their service, speed and quality. I called and messaged 7 other companies for a charger + installation. EV Guru got back to me pretty much instantly and scheduled a free site visit immediately. They came on a Friday and I could even get an installation date straightaway on Monday morning. Installers were really efficient and knowledgable, took them barely 2 hours to finish everything and test. They even gave some tips on how to deal with the breaker. 10/10 recommend these guys

This is the worst customer service I ever met. They were nice when selling, giving you immediate response. However after one year, the charger is having issue, I tried to call them or text them, they are not replying! If you want to buy a new charger, after sales service is very important, pls consider properly before you purchase.
