Replace arched sash windows (PO5)
We've just had our sash windows replaced by Everglaze Window Solutions. Kelvin explained exactly how the windows would operate and look, and provided a competitive quote. He fitted the windows as scheduled, and cleared up and took away all the rubbish. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished installation, we don't have a single negative comment and so had to give every aspect a 10/10. We would have no hesitation in recommending Everglaze.

Replacement of 5 windows (PO16)
After an initial window being fitted last year by Kelvin we decided to have the rest replaced and didn't hesitate in using Kelvin again. He fitted in with our schedule, arrived as planned and completed the work with minimal mess or disruption. The windows are a great improvement on the previous badly fitting ones and we are very happy with them.

Kelvin was brilliant from start to finish and we would highly recommend him for any replacement window work. He was responsive and informative when planning the work, his quote was very competitive and communication was great. The work itself was done on time and as quoted. He was quick and efficient on the days he was with us and also extremely neat when cleaning up. He was unfazed by some more problematic replacement work. He flagged an issue with one of the door panels contacting the supplier to have the part replaced as a priority as he himself wasn't satisfied. Highly recommended!

We had a cracked window, Kelvin came and gave us quotes for several options. We decided to go for a complete replacement. Window was ordered and replaced with no fuss or mess at a timeline to suit us. Will use again as have other windows to deal with. Kelvin was careful and polite.
