Personal Account of Investment Platform Dispute and Resolution I was embarrassed and honestly didn’t know what to do, I tried messaging their team but hey where no respond I was ask to pay more fees after my account has already been disable by this scam . I research online and came across Trazevault.org Their team was calm, professional, and didn’t make any fake promises. Trazevault.org team asked for the right documents and kept me updated. Within a few days, I had my money back.

Update December 2024, even though they blamed their persistent spamming on a technical error, I continued to receive unsolicited irrelevant spamming messages to my personal mobile. Just be really careful if interacting with this company. On their website they don’t list any contact address or phone number nor do they list an Australian company number or business number, which is always a red flag in my opinion. They also don’t seem to have any Australian staff for presence other than this nominal address on Google Maps. So if you’re all unsatisfied with the service and product, be warned there may be very little legal protection you have. And most worryingly of all, the five star reviews don’t seem to be from people located in Australia rather South America and Europe and oddly from people who have left very few reviews for other companies other than this glowing review for Medigrow. If they’re operating a business in Australia, why are there no Australian customers leaving reviews?
