A disgraceful company. Provided a quote for all inclusive packing and removal service. In reality this was not the case. Made our move a nightmare. Did not pack correctly, did not provide the removal persons or vans they quoted and then ripped us off and blackmailed us by insisting on having extra cash or they would take our furniture to storage, as they insisted they work 9 to 5pm and asked us to pay for each man on an hourly basis after 5pm. The crew were very slow. They did not re-assemble furniture and insisted on putting most of the boxes on the ground floor as they could not be bothered to put them in the correct floor. All in all a shocking experience.

We recently moved house, and I applied for quotes on a removal comparison site. I was then contacted by around eight companies, including Europe Removal. They were the only ones that visited the house to come up with the quote (the rest were via video), and their quote was by far the most competitive. They did the move over two days, showed up on time, and the staff were extremely hard working. There were no breakages and everything went really well. Would certainly recommend. Only downside was clothes were moved in traditional boxes rather than ones with rails, but I think this helped to keep the cost down.

Very bad service , m9vers are unprofessionnal and are damaging a lot. The claim was indeed done outside the contracting 7 days, so sticking that claim should be dome within the 7 days even if photos were taken when the movers did the damges

I could not recommend this firm any more! They were so helpful from the outset. Jerry who dealt with our initial enquiry was so accommodating, flexible, friendly and amazing from the get go. We had to change our moving date so many times & nothing was too much trouble for him. Due to last minute exchange and complete in one day, the removal men came in in 1 day and moved our whole house an hour and a half away, all within 7 hours!!!! They were also so friendly & helpful. I could not have got through this move without them all.

This company made our move so effortless. After us changing our moving date a few times and letting them know at the last minute a moving date they were very accommodating. The guys that moved us were extremely professional nothing was too much for them. Highly recommend them to anybody who is moving house.

Fantastic service once again from Europe removal & storage. Excellent pre move preparation carried out by our move coordinator, who was friendly and helpful. Our virtual survey was a straight forward process, undertaken very professionally. We had 2 different crews for our 2 day move and they were all excellent at their jobs, punctual, efficient and hard working. Europe removal & Storage took so much stress out of the move. I wouldn’t hesitate in the least to use them again for any future house moves. Many thanks once again to the whole team!
