My 25 year old Samsung HDTV was turning off and on until warming up. Jose reconditioned my power supply and I'm grateful he convinced me to fix it instead of buying a new TV. As he told me, "They don't make them like this anymore." He responded within hours, and fixed it within one day at a fair price. Decades of experience and integrity, who could ask for anything more. My compliments Jose!
I called to inquire about a repair. He quoted me a ridiculous price and then when I told him that it seemed a bit ridiculous for what the job was, he didn't explain himself he just hung up. Terrible customer service.
-Edit I just fixed the problem myself and bought the entire tool set at harbor freight. I literally fixed my problem way faster and way cheaper than this establishment. Do not go here

A part on my Mezco Superman display base came broken causing only half of the lights to work. Brought it in and they were able to get a replacement part and fixed it for me in a day. Staff was very friendly and understanding

My TV was flickering or the back lighting was flashing. I assumed that my eleven year old TV needed replacing. Then I called Dan. He advised that my TV is still great and just needs the back lights replaced. His charge was very reasonable. Half up front and half when he brought it back. But wait, there's more... he gave me a loaner TV while he was repairing mine. Trustworthy, excellent, delivered on promises. Highly recommend.

Half of my 86" LG TV screen went dark so I called up Dan on April 16th. He charged me $100 to look at it,. Quoted $800 and picked it up.
Took a week to fix and returned it. One week later did the same thing. He picked up again on May 2nd about a week later.
May 6th, he said it was fixed and returned. May 15th, did the same thing. Picked up again on My 16th. This time he said it will take over a week, he didn't tell me he meant over a month.
June 21st he finally delivers and seems to be fixed. He said he replaced the backlight, whatever. Works fine until August 11th, does same thing. I have texted him with photos and called him numerous times. He does not answer calls or reply back.
He is avoiding because on his invoice he guaranteed 1 year warranty and verbally told me if after the third time he cannot fix it, he will give me a refund. I cannot get a hold of him so I am out $800 and left with a broken TV. He is an absolute unprofessional crook.
SHADY DO NOT GO HERE. Gave me back my computer without reinstalling the extra SSD card or the RAM, Sent it into the manufacturer who asked where they were. I called this repair shop and they said they "forgot" to call me to tell me, this was after two weeks of return.
UPDATE: I believe they hacked my SSD card, I have since disabled it, and they created a fake facebook friend and tried to phish my password as soon as I attempted to reinsert it.

Be aware of Dan's TV (Daniel Gonzales). He is crooked! He took our 77-inch Sony TV to the shop to be repaired with a $600 deposit. He never fixed the TV and did not return the TV or the deposit. He used his cell phone to text response to our phone inquiries for over 6-weeks that he was getting more parts and finally never returned anything. There are other negative reviews if you read other web sites with complaints including the Beter Business Bureau.
I don't know maybe I just got the luck of the draw, but this was their trace repair... and it looks like a rushed job. I'm not knocking anyone or skills, I understand things get busy, and I did mention to take their time. Yes they finished rather quick, but this isn't good workmanship. Sorry

You told us that the dealer wanted $1200 to fix the device, you are are a car mechanic and your customer was waiting so we fixed the problem to help you. We charged you $45. You mad that you had to pay and I fixed in 10 minutes. Some people just can't be pleased next time take it to the dealer ship.
Praise the lord, they was AWESOME, fun to converse and learn off of, main technician is fun and smart, along with his wife! Got my pc up and running and cleared the data for me to start brand new… plus windows 11 pro >:) would recommend and would come back for future pc upgrades, not too expensive either❤️

Be AWARE of this business, and please check the better business bureau qualification before you hire services from this place. back in March 8 2025 i call Mr Dan on a LG 55'' TV. The screen went dark on our TV.H He noted he would have to complete a diagnosis for $95.00. Mr Dan came to my house on Saturday, 3/8/2025 to complete his diagnosis. He said the issue was the back lights on TV were to be replaced with a cost of $375.00 then he change it to $400.00 and stated that this TV was worth fixing and will be like a new TV that will last for another about 7 years. We agreed to the repair and he took the TV with him. on Wednesday 3/12/25 Mr. Dan text me and said my Tv was ready and noted he could deliver it the next day. Mr Dan delivered the TV on Thursday3/13/25 at 11:00 am. He turn the TV. on for couple of seconds and turned off. That evening I set the TV up and turned on. Once on a vertical line appeared on the left side of the screen. I send Mr Dan a text nothing there was a line.The line was never there previous to Mr Dan taking the Tv for repair I text him immediately and included a picture of the screen with the line.He reply an Friday 3/14/25 and stated that he didn't see the line while he was fixing it and he showed me the picture when he delivered the TV and there was no line there. He turned on the TV for couple of seconds. After mentioning the vertical line, he then said that the problem was the screen panel and thats not worth fixing. I informed him that I paid $95.00 for a full diagnosis and he only stated that the back light need it a repair. He then said the screen was dark and he use a flash light to look at the screen and saw no line on a dark screen. I don't understand how he see that if picture was dark. H did not provide a complete diagnosis. I would not have agreed to repair it had he done a complete diagnosis identifying the issue with the screen panel in his own words, the screen panel is not worth fixing. Other thing to keep an aye is that he told me is that he does not fix the TV him self he sand them to another shop to get hem fix. also told me that many time when the back light go out. the screen panel also get damage. so he knew that was possible and he choose to stay quiet abut this issue. He anded the communication with " i'm done talking." I have since send my complain with the better business bureau, the California district attorney and there will be more posting on social media. to warn people from this fraudulent busuness.
I had problem with the charging port of my laptop. At the beginning i had to push hard in order to charge my laptop until one day stopped charging completely. I went on google and i found this place, which i don't regret. I went straight to them without calling, the people, who work there were nice and they told me that in one hour they would call me and tell me the diagnose. One hour past and i received a call saying that my laptop was ready for pick it up. I am a student and i needed the computer urgently, i was impressed that i had my service done in the same day (actually in few hours). Good job. I will recommend to all my friends.
