I’ve recently had multiple procedures to address a few concerns I have. I am beyond grateful to have found myself in this wonderful facility. I had the lipo360/Colombian butt lift and I have almost no bruising and little to no pain. Dr. Mercado is an amazingly talented physician using nothing but the latest technology along side his highly trained expertise. His passion for his work radiates through his warm bedside manner. He really listens to you and understands your wants and concerns. The entire process was smooth and felt as though I was treated with genuine care and kindness from the entire team, truly a family like atmosphere. All this without going under general anesthesia. I got the body I want without the pain! What an accomplishment, bravo!!!! Best believe I will be back! This is MY doctor and staff and the only facility I will recommend to my friends and family…

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had a lipo 360 and Columbian butt lift with Dr. Mercado at EternaMD in Lake Mary, Florida, following a 60 lb weight loss. I chose EternaMD because of their unwavering commitment to patient safety and ethical standards, which far exceed the norm for cosmetic surgery centers. From the moment Dr. Mercado walked through the door, his disarming bedside manner immediately put me at ease. He genuinely listened to my concerns, empathized with my anxieties, and took the time to explain everything in detail. Never once did I feel rushed, and he made me feel as though I was his only patient for the day. This level of care and attention is rare and deeply appreciated. I am absolutely in love with my results. Every step, from pre-op to post-op, was meticulously explained, leaving no room for surprises. The procedure itself was executed to perfection. One of my biggest concerns was undergoing general anesthesia, which I wanted to avoid. Dr. Mercado and his team provided me with the procedure I wanted without the risk involved with general anesthesia and to my surprise, I experienced very little pain during the procedure. The staff at EternaMD made me feel like family. Their genuine care and personable nature created a comfortable and familiar environment. The facility itself is beautiful, with top-tier cleanliness and a soothing, spa-like ambiance. It felt more like a luxury spa treatment than a surgical procedure. As a nurse with high standards, this experience exceeded all my expectations. I was so impressed that I even had my mom join me a week later for her own surgical procedures, and her experience mirrored mine. This speaks volumes, especially coming from a healthcare worker. We wholeheartedly recommend EternaMD to all our friends and family and look forward to our future procedures with them. This was an experience , I was so thrilled at the Staff. Very clean, kindness and knew what they were doing very professional.I felt very comfortable . I sat in the chair for bladder problems I saw results after 1 treatment. Very proud and sastified my complete rejuvenation. Proud to be a part of people who understand me. This will be my new place for all my need for helping me in the aging process or just needs that help you where it is needed .5 stars to the staff. Non- invasive is awesome with results . I got very good results from a fillers procedure with Dr. Carlos Mercado at Eterna MD. I was so nervous to do something to my face, as it was my first time undergoing cosmetic procedures, but Dr. Mercado made me feel comfortable in his hands. In addition to providing excellent consultation, I received great attention from their staff. The best part of Eterna md is their experience in how to make you comfortable in any treatment you pick. There are many to choose from. Dr. Mercado is extremely talented in every field of beauty enhancement. But not only is his talent superior from other plastic surgeon s he’s a MD doctor and is very experienced in stem cell applications and anti aging treatments. I highly recommend him.

I booked an appointment for a micro needling with PRP treatment. From the very beginning, I felt very confident that I was in very good hands. Paola drew my blood, and I couldn't even feel the needle! Zuleima was the one doing the treatment. She was very nice and did an awesome job. After 2 days, my skin was glowing and looking radiant. What I noticed the most was how soft my skin felt. I love my results and will be coming back for a second treatment :)
