It was a great experience for my first leg wax service ever. I have literally never been this smooth. Erin was compassionate and went at my pace and cheered me along through the whole service. She was gentle and thorough and made sure to get me completely smooth while respecting my boundaries. Going to her for a service is my favorite version of self care ❤️
I cannot recommend Etc Skincare enough. The studio is relaxing, beautiful, incredibly clean, and smells amazing. I had a lot of questions about the types of masks, treatments, and the industry in general (what practices are popular and if they're FDA-approved or based on TikTok hype, etc.). I was like a toddler, question after question.
She is someone who wants to teach and help others more than anything, and I think that is an important characteristic in any type of self-care journey because there are a lot of grifters in these types of spaces. Erin listened intently to all my questions and was happy to explain everything. She impressed me with every answer. She understands every service she provides down to a chemical level (she studied Chemistry in college, which is rare in Esthetics).
She never tried to sell me expensive products or force me into a routine. She guided me, showing how I could better serve my skin and my body without overpaying for a potentially dangerous fad. I'm a customer for life, and I really hope others can see what I'm talking about. She is a very special person and an excellent esthetician.

I went to Erin to get some work done to help my acne and after just 2 sessions I can already tell a HUGE difference. The whole suite is very comfortable and relaxing. I really enjoy that Erin helps with customized plans. I can't wait to come back and try the other services offered.

I went to Erin for the first time on Saturday and immediately felt comfortable. Not only did she do a fabulous job with my facial, she also made sure to discuss what I should be doing differently in my skin care routine moving forward and is keeping an open line of communication. This is extremely important for me as I don’t ever know what to get or what to do to maintain my skin care at home and always feel so lost. Erin is extremely knowledgeable and I know I’m in good hands with her. Can’t wait for my next appointment!
