Made symptoms worse! I purchased this with hopes of finally getting getting some sleep. Hot flashes got horribly worse as well as the insomnia. Not only that, I started having kidney problems and migraines. I took it for 2 months. Within a week of stopping it, my problems disappeared. I'm still having the occasional hot flash and I can't sleep more than a few hours at a time, but it's so much better than when I was taking it.

Great! I was struggling with some symptoms of pre-menopause, such as mood swings and, most notably, feeling very sad all the time. This product has been a huge help—it completely changed my mood, and it also helps with night sweats. It has become an essential part of my daily routine. Worked the 1st night I’m almost 50 & had 2 missed periods so far. At first I thought I was imagining the hot flashes because they weren’t what I expected. They come on when I am sitting near the heater, drinking something hot, under a heavy blanket, or even when I move around too much or get emotional, excited, etc. I always thought because they were hormonal, they would come on randomly…not as a response to some trigger. Once I realized these were hot flashes I recalled having these pills in my closet from earlier perimenopause symptoms with my mood. I dishes keep taking them back then, but the very first night I took one for the hot flashes, I slept much better & didn’t toss & turn & have to keep taking the blankets off. The second day I had hot flashes in the morning. I took another pill & about 2 hours later I noticed I could sit in front of the heat with my robe on & not even get a hot flash. Hopefully these keep working.

Still working? I was overjoyed when I tried these within a couple of days the hot flashes went away, was sleeping better mood seemed to improve. But after 5 months I feel as though there not working as well. Hot flashes have came back so I switched to a different one of the same brand now waiting to see if they’ll work, I hope

Small tablets I am used to buying these at Dollar General, but they were out. Came to Amazon looking and found these. The tablets I buy at DG are a lot bigger than these tablets. These are a tad smaller than the size of an aspirin. And it might be in my head, but I dont feel as if these are working for me like the other, but have the same ingredients 🤔idk, but probably won't purchase again 😬Gave 3 stars for price ✌️

Increased night sweats and started having hot flashes This was recommended by my doctor. Previously to starting Estroven I would experience night sweats for about one week every month, similar to a period. It was very cyclical and I didn’t have any hot flashes during the day. After taking Estroven for two weeks my night sweats worsened, I was waking three times a night, every night and I started having hot flashes when I had none before. I stopped taking it and returned to normal. I thought it was a coincidence but it looks so like I’m not the only one who experiences worsening symptoms so I thought I would share my experience.

Seems to have helped hot flashes but may have caused weight gain I’ve been the exact same weight for over a year with little exercise and no real diet change. I am on week 2 of Estroven and although my hot flashes have seemed to subside I’m now up 3lbs. I plan on finishing this month then switching to the weigh management along with diet and exercise changes.

Symptoms returned! -- Didn't work the same as black cohosh for me I had this product saved in my cart for 'later'. I was previously using the Estroven weight management with black cohosh. I did not realize at the time that this uses rhubarb extract to help with symptoms. I've only previously used supplements with the cohosh. I took this one for one month and I had all of my menopausal symptoms back. I had hot flashes, night sweats, irritability, and bad sleep even with Rx sleep medication. Once I started back on my previous formulary, symptoms gone again. I am taking an additional menopausal supplement now that I found on here. I take the Estroven in the morning and the other at night. I feel like me again.As with anything, do your research and see what works for you.

Raised my blood pressure Wish it would work but even according to a published recent health study oral estrogen can be a cause of higher blood pressure. In my case it immediately happened. I measure my bp every day trying to lower it with garlic etc so I am very aware of my numbers as soon as I started this my bp went up 15 points. I rather have heat flashes than high bp.... I did take the only cool nights version for a long time but didn't monitor back then. All these work great if you do not have bp issues I guess
