☺Das Haus ist groß, hat 3 Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und 3 Badezimmer. Die Küche ist mit Herd, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet, ausreichend Geschirr ist vorhanden.
Es gibt drinnen und draußen je einen großen Tisch mit Stühlen, wo wir uns hauptsächlich aufgehalten hatten.
Den Pool haben wir im November nicht genutzt.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Paulo war sehr freundlich und zeitnah.
Als es ein Problem an der Elektrik gab, war innerhalb von 30 Minuten ein Mitarbeiter da und löste das Problem :-)
Paulo war Hinweisen bezüglich der Feuchtigkeit oder auch Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten im Haus gegenüber sehr aufgeschlossen. Mittlerweile gibt es ein neues Sofa und TV-Schrank.
Der Check in/out verlief problemlos über die Schlüsselbox. Uns wurde ein Late Check out angeboten, den wir sehr gerne annahmen. Vielen Dank dafür!
☹Mit Bauaktivität in der Umgebung sollte vorerst noch gerechnet werden, da das Wohngebiet noch nicht fertig ist.

☺Pool abgetrennt und somit gut für Familie nutzbar.
Separate Badezimmer zu jedem Schlafzimmer. Sehr schnelle Antwort bei Fragen.
☹Die Lichter sind etwas ungemütlich kühl.

Loved Porto Covo, great property, hugely disappointing immediate location.
☺The house itself was perfect for our 2 families - well set up and equipped. Very clean. Good pool. Porto Covo is a wonderful destination. Communication prior to arrival good.
☹The property is currently situated in the midst of a building site which is a real shame as we were totally unaware of this prior to booking (listing since been amended on site). The builders started before 8 during the week which meant using the home and pool unpleasant when they were onsite.
Fortunately it is a short walk to the beautiful beaches and town of Porto covo. Once the local building works are complete this will be a great place to stay.
We were refunded for one day of our stay as compensation.

Good evening Etiene, first of all we regret that your stay did not have magnificent conditions as it is our goal
In our messages we always asked you to inform about any difficulty, because we are always available to solve any issue, as you said nothing during your stay and when you left, you have said "we are leaving after a nice stay" we were not expecting such such a low evaluation.
Regarding the clogging you mention, it is true, on the day of check-out I went to the house and I found out that there was a clog, which was from the municipal services, but it affected our house. We called the municipal services who solved the problem immediately.
Our houses are in a new condominium, so sometimes there may be some noise from houses under construction, but it is a situation that we can not get around until the area is fully ready.
We are sorry that your stay has not been sublime as we intend, if you return to stay in any of our houses, please report any problem during the stay so that we can solve it, immediately in order to guarantee your vacation will be magnificent, thank you and regards, Paulo
