STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!! I have done my breast+lifting with Implant operation on 10.03.2022 with Dr.Selçuk . Worst experience and worst most arrogant doctor I have met in my life! Who don’t know anything about how to behave with patient, he literally don’t care how you feel after operation, even though they gave me blare infection! He don’t have any human empathy, and don’t really listen what size of implants you want , he will just put the size he wants. Yes it’s sounds crazy , but that’s what happens to me! It’s a place what I will call “money mashine” they don’t care about anything, only MONEY ! BUT THE WORS PART IS after some time my breast became very asymmetrical, unfortunately! I contacted the clinic, and told them about my situation. But this is what they told me: ; As in the concrete case, despite the procedure being performed in accordance with medical technique, the healthcare provider cannot be held responsible for whether all the results expected by the patient from the procedure are positive or not. So basically they are saying, if one of your breast is bigger than the other one, after operation its normal, we will not do anything to help you! BUT OF COURSE IF YOU PAY US SOME MONEY WE CAN HELP! ( As a result; in the concrete case, we believe that our Health Group and its employees did not have any faulty behavior that would cause harm and could be attributed to them. If you wish, your revision can be carried out for 2000 Euros to achieve better results. ) This is what they wrote to me ! They called it “better results “🙄🙈 ! My breast looks terrible, I have been to others doctors and they confirmed regarding big asymmetricity. I hope my experience and situation, will help people to STAY AWAY from this “butcher” place as they calling Estetik international. Nothing to do with Estetik at all! They think only about one thing and its MONEY! Specifically when they know you are not Turkish, so you can’t do anything if your operation went wrong! You don’t have any legal rights, AND THEY KNOW THAT! That’s why they don’t care, oh sorry they do if you pay them 2000€ ! So they can give you “better results” this is nothing about “better results” the doctor have totally ruined my breast! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, don’t let their fancy pictures, videos and instagram

Do NOT use this company! Aesthetic International Patient Surgery Centers Review - 1 Star My experience with Aesthetic International Patient Surgery Centers has been nothing short of appalling. After an initial consultation with the doctor, I mistakenly signed a document stating there would be no refunds. However, within just two days, I realized how uncomfortable I was with the doctor, who falsely claimed to specialize in the procedure I needed. I decided to request a refund, not based on the document I signed but on the principle of integrity, especially considering the surgery was not even scheduled for another year. After numerous back-and-forth exchanges, they claimed to have approved my refund. Both Tahir on WhatsApp and their so-called Aesthetic Patient Rights Team sent me several messages and emails confirming a full refund had been processed. But it was all lies. They never refunded me. Instead, they are actively fighting my bank dispute to swindle me out of $6,000. This is for a surgery that wasn’t even scheduled, meaning I caused them no inconvenience. The lack of integrity and professionalism is disgusting. They ignore my messages, repeatedly telling me to contact my bank, while my bank has confirmed they are actively refusing the refund. For them to first claim they approved the refund and then fight it behind my back is deceitful and manipulative. Their behavior has been so unprofessional and dishonest that I feel compelled to warn others. If you are considering this company, please think twice. Their actions show a complete disregard for ethical practices or basic human decency. Avoid them at all costs.

I found my experience with Estetik International very frustrating, and if you would like to do something with them, I would like to warn you about what exactly you can expect from them. I went there to do septoplasty and breast augmentation; they were on the higher price side and looked very nice in the beginning. However: They lied to me multiple times: I was promised that I would meet my doctor one day before surgery and we would have a chat. “The doctor was busy,” so I met him 30 minutes before surgery the next day. They gave me only two options for breast implants to see, and the doctor decided on the size himself. I also wanted to do neck lipo, but they gave me a chin implant instead (I didn’t have fat there, but since the doctor only saw me on the day, he made the call). If it had been up to me, I would not have gone for the chin implant! I was told that they work 24/7 and I would have all the required support. On day 5, complications started. As I learned later, I had an infection after surgery that caused internal bleeding. I tried to call my point of contact. When she finally answered, she said, “I will call the clinic and they will send a nurse.” Half an hour later, nothing happened. When we called again, she turned off her phone. The clinic was closed, and no, they don’t work 24/7. So I spent the night in the ER, almost died, and of course, they didn’t take responsibility for what happened. They gave me the wrong-sized bra. I had bleeding scratches on my back after wearing it for 7 days. They gave me the proper one in Ireland, and it also reduced the amount of pain I felt. When I came to have my stitches removed, the doctor didn’t put gloves on! I realized it when I smelled strong tobacco. They didn’t even bother to take a next-of-kin contact! Although I left my husband’s phone number with my point of contact, when I got out of surgery, I texted him myself that he could come and see me. I constantly felt under-informed. I think if I hadn’t asked questions, I wouldn’t have received any instructions. My main language is English, but I have an Eastern European name. The staff was ignorant of that and just talked to me in Russian by default. In the quotation I received, it said they would book a 5-star hotel. Not only was it 4-star, but the room we were booked in was tiny. The food in the hotel: one dish we ordered was undercooked, and my salad had rotten iceberg leaves. Cleanliness level: they never washed or vacuumed the floor in our room. The bed sheets had holes in them, and clean towels came with someone else’s hair still stuck on them. One time, a new “clean” bed sheet came with blood stains, and we called room service to replace it again. The gym didn’t have air conditioning, and the treadmill was broken. They sent me a form to contact the Patient Rights Department. Guess what—the form doesn’t work, and the “English” version is not fully translated either.

Despite this, our General Manager took care of you and all your processes as soon as the problem arose. We stated that if you choose to stay in Istanbul, we will support you and this problem you are experiencing until the end. As Estetik International, our first priority is to take care of you and your problems until the end. We have also shared the negative experience you had at the hotel with the hotel management. Do not trust this company. They will take your money as an advance payment, and they won't refund you later. They will make you sign a lengthy document as “terms and conditions,” and if something goes wrong, they won't provide any refunds. Additionally, they do not guarantee results. The initial person assigned to me wasn’t even a certified doctor (do your extensive homework before you agree on things). I have personally been a victim of this and can share details if needed (reach out to me on Facebook). Please be cautious of this company!

Dr. Kubra Demir, is one of the best dental doctors that I have passed through in my life until this moment. She is distinguished by mutual respect between her and the patient. She repaired four of my teeth professionally and quietly without any pain. It is a money centered clinic. Customer satisfaction is not what they care for. In fact, I was their patient and had a small business with them. I eventually had to hire an attorney and took legal action towards them. THIS PLACE IS NOT SUGGESTED.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DANGEROUS AND BOTCHED UP CLINIC I came for surgery 1 and a half years ago for rhinoplasty and all was great at first they were very accomodating and organised my consult with a “specialist surgeon ” from what they called him. I went into the clinic the day before surgery and met with the doctor that seemed confident with what he was doing but he was extremely rude and insulting. I thought I’d ignore this and process with my procedure. On the day of surgery I grave them $8000 in cash and they said to me that I had not given them enough money. Which I had counted 3 times prior to giving it to them tried scamming me for more $$$. Until I requested they recount and refused that I had paid them short. We ended up resolving this issue and proceeded with the procedure. I woke up from surgery with my whole body shaking as if I was having a seizure and the surgeon came up to me and literally told me to “SHUT UP” in pain and in tears extremely weak I was not in the position to defend myself and tolerated his nonsense. I remember waking up and my nose was completely blocked and couldn’t breath I told the surgeon he said that this was normal and that once swelling went don’t it would be complete normal again. 1years later I had seen final result nose was all crooked and not straight and my nose completely blocked cannot breath at all. I reached out to ESTETIK INTERNATIONALlast year and along with my X-ray from the specialist and photo of my crooked nose I requested that they rectify this issue and fix my nose that was blocked and crooked. They refused to take any responsibility and said that the doctor no longer works with them and that I have to pay 4000 euro to re-do my nose. They are not even responding to my emails and have left me completely disfigured in my face and unable to breathe. This is a disgrace and shameful act on behalf of this hospital. I will be taking legal action and hope to resolve this issue as I am not letting it slip. They continue to blame dodgy doctors that they contract and allocate to their customers but they are the ones allocating these doctors. ANYONE THINKING OF THIS CLINIC PLEASE BEWARE

Cet avis 3 ans après: j’ai dû faire refaire le travail par mon dentiste suisse car les choix techniques n’étaient pas compatibles (combinaison d’alliages). Bilan des courses: un travail en apparence soigné, mais inadapté à mon cas. Je ne peux qu’encourager à prendre plusieurs avis et à privilégier le travail de proximité…. ————- Good job, but don’t be a special case Je suis suisse, donc prudent. Après un premier voyage exploratoire, j’ai fait poser des facettes sur mes dents chez Estetik Klinik. Les Dr Bora et Murat ont fait un travail soigné, mais le problème c’est que j’ai du revenir 3 fois à Istanbul car 7 dents ont cassé en 6 mois. Les services de prise en charge qui étaient prévus dans la garantie sont progressivement devenus un sujet de tension avec le service client de la clinique. Sa responsable (Semra) a d’abord refusé d’organiser ou de participer à mes frais, puis cherché à m’éviter quand j’étais dans les locaux (6 heures au total) et enfin prétendu ne pas parler anglais quand je l’ai appelée par surprise. Pas très professionnel... Bilan : bon boulot, mais la bagatelle m’a coûté 5 voyages à Istanbul (15 jours au total) et € 15’000 pour 31 facettes. Mon conseil : assurez-vous de ne pas être (comme moi) un cas atypique et à surtout faites vous faire assister par une traductrice indépendante et experte en soins dentaires (merci Sevgi) !
