Bonnie and her team were absolute lifesavers. I live abroad and was faced with having to clear a family member's estate in Fort Lauderdale within a one-week window right before Christmas. Bonnie came to do a site visit and evaluation on a Tuesday, had all of the insurance paperwork ready by Friday, and had the entire apartment completely empty by Monday. I didn't have to lift a finger, and she gave me the most competitive price. I honestly don't know how I would have tackled the situation without her. So happy I found this company! My husband and I are avid collectors and sellers and have been looking for more estate sales to go to. In south Florida it’s very hard to find sales that not only have a beautiful selection but are sold by trustworthy people. The B & F team stages and prices professionally. Buyer Beware
Buyer beware! Attended sale on 11/23/24, had items from a previous sale (Star Wars), had a vendor set up in one of the rooms of the house selling their own items. Inquired about a piece of art and was told they would need to look up the auction price before giving us a price. Once they looked up the price, they added a buyers premium to that price, price was an online auction price. Quoted a price for items to another buyer, then tried to raise the price after the buyer agreed. Also witnessed them telling a buyer items weren’t for sale, then witnessed Bonnie call someone on the phone and ask them if they were interested in those items and say she sent pictures.
Really unethical pricing and business practices.
A parent passed away leaving another parent in the home, that needed to be re-homed to assisted living. Telephoned and spoke with Bonnie who provided guidance and services needed that met our needs. None of the children were local, so we relied on Bonnie. We found her and her vendors to be credible and trustworthy. Bonnie delivered ahead of schedule and exceeded our expectations. We are grateful to B&F and highly recommend them. Thanks!

Stay away. They don't get back to you. Poor communication. It would be courteous if they got back to you in a timely manner when they say they would, and if they are not interested in what you are offering, they should still out of courtesy respond. I wasted so much time with them.
Goodness, I obviously missed the mark with you and am sorry for that. Of course, I am never happy to have disappointed a potential or current client. I imagine the time period you are referencing was when my business partner's father was in the hospital, and I was completely overwhelmed with existing clients. We are a small family run business that does the absolute best we can but understands that at times we will inevitably fall short. If you read no more than this first sentence, know this: Bonnie is a miracle worker. My elderly mother passed away, leaving me with a condo overflowing with all manner of 'stuff'. Some might have value, most clearly did not. I had already spent most of the past 6 weeks in Florida, living out of hotels, while my mother was in the hospital. She passed and after an additional week of wading through the accumulation in her condo, I had enough. While searching for someone to identity what might have value, my wife found Bonnie, a Coldwell Banker real estate agent with a background in antiques and collectibles. Bonnie came the next day. I explained my dilemma. I wanted to simply hand the keys to someone who would clean out the place, identify and sell what had value, and list the condo for sale. I wanted a quick sale, but I didn't want to give the place away. I wanted to go home. Bonnie's response, "hand me the keys." And so, I did. It was the best decision I ever made. Bonnie and her team emptied the condo and had it cleaned. She listed it for an agreeable price after taking the time to explain the market. We had a cash offer the same day the listing went live, and we closed a few weeks later. And now, a week after the closing, I am anticipating a check for the valuables Bonnie identified. What I thought was going to be a never-ending nightmare turned out to be a dream, all thanks to Bonnie. Bonnie and her team took care of everything, keeping me informed throughout. She answered all my questions, and most importantly, she did what she said she would do. It doesn't get any better than that.
Bonnie and her team provided an amazing service to us during a very difficult time. She helped us to sell and clean out our parent's home in Coconut Creek, FL and then we were able to use her real estate services with Coldwell Banker to list the house and sell it in one month at our asking price. She is well connected in the community with estate buyers, as well as general contractors to get the house prepped for sale. Bonnie and team coordinated many services to prepare the home for closing that went beyond our expectations. We were able to put our trust in her to handle these things for us while being up in Michigan. We highly recommend Bonnie and her team for both her estate sale services as well as her real estate services. She was a godsend.
Wow super rude staff. Went to an estate sale they were hosting 9/18 and there was no one outside so we went in. There was no sign that said it was limited capacity. When I opened the door one of their staff yelled "NO MORE! NO MORE! YOU HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE." So rude. Then by the time they yelled for two more to go in there were more people that came in after us. Since my husband and I got there first we went in. Then she accused us of skipping the line. Not sure why. She started apologizing to the other people in line after us about us skipping. I guess because I am a person of color maybe. Not sure.
Goodness Britney, I am so sorry you had such a negative experience. It was certainly never my intention. As you know, the sale occurred in a rather small two-bedroom condo, at the time you entered the door we were at maximum capacity and we could not handle any more people. I do remember that I shouted out from inside that we could handle "no more, no more "at that moment. Again I am sorry it came off as rude as that is not how I like to treat people. You are right that when I was able to open the door to let more people in I erroneously assumed that the person that was in my direct line of sight was next in line . To my surprise, two people, that must have been your group came from behind the door and walked in. Since I do my best to be fair to all our shoppers, I said wait a second she's next and the woman who I thought was next corrected me. I did feel bad and thought I did communicate that with an apology to the group. Again it was never my intention to hurt anyone's feelings or be rude. We take our responsibility to the estates we represent and our customers very seriously. I hope you will consider visiting us at a future sale so I can apologize in person.
