Would highly recommend Niko for all your espresso machine needs. He was able to diagnose and repair our machine promptly and at a very reasonable price. So lucky to have this service in the Kootenay Region!

Amazing to work with! Got our new Sanremo Verona through Espresso Medic and Niko came out to hook it up for no extra charge and fixed our older machine so we can have a back up. We are in Invermere and he came all the way here from Nelson. Highly recommended!!

I bought a 1990 Elektra Microcasa at a Salvation Army silent auction in Vancouver. I took it apart and cleaned it out and would have been ok, except I decided to take an extra copper tube off to check it and I couldn't stop the leaking afterwards. I took it to a local shop and they kept it for weeks and then said they couldn't fix it. $40 for nothing! I found a good place in Oregon, but even they said it was too old to repair. Then I somehow found Niko at Espresso Medic in Nelson. He is a 'can do' kind of guy and said right away 'yes I can fix it!'. I had the machine shipped to him and a little while later I got full photos of the whole thing apart with a detailed description of the repair and how much it would cost. Very reasonable! I feel so happy to have found someone who has passion for this work, I just want to go out and find machines and send them to Niko. This means so much more to me than just spending a bunch of money on something new. And I know I can look forward to keeping this Elektra going for the long haul. I have had so many business exchanges lately that were just not very good. Life is too short! People like Niko give so much more to what they do every day. This is how it should be!
