We first worked with ESI in 2014 to build our custom home in Rocklin on recommendation of several neighbors and from the seller of the lot. Then in 2023, as we decided on purchasing a resale home that needed a full remodel, we immediately called Dave again. Dave and his team at ESI met with us to understand the scope of the project, made recommendations and put a detailed project plan together. We asked the team to help expedite the entire project due to school starting and holidays—and we would make fast decisions along the way. This was a complete non-structural remodel of a 4,500 sq ft home. Both my wife and I are busy professionals and don’t have the time to interface with contractors and we knew we could trust ESI. They not only completed it on time and on budget, but the results were better than we could have imagined, and the process was very collaborative and swift. When we spoke with the subs, all of whom were excellent, they would always comment: “ESI is our favorite builder to work with; very professional.” I mention that because it affects the quality of workmanship. Their entire team was excellent and we highly recommend Dave, Helida (design), Maria (PM), Joel (site sup), Jacob and Juan. Even as we added scope or made changes they were exceptionally professional and diligent to help us with making our project come to fruition with highest quality, on time, and on schedule.

ESI Builders and Remodelers did an addition and kitchen remodel for our cabin in South Lake Tahoe. The ESI team did an outstanding job of working with me on the budget and completely the project along the timeline. Communication is so important in construction and the ESI team did a fantastic job of letting me know how the project was going and if there were any issues that might cause a delay. ESI Builders & Remodelers did some exterior work at our house recently, replacing some exterior trim around our windows that were showing signs of rot. We were very happy with the completed work! Dave and his crew were always on time and completed the work as promised. Dave was thorough in explaining the work and walking through with us once complete. They have done work for us in the past, and never disappoint with their quality of work. I will use them again!
