Excellent service!!! My garage door looked like it was going to fall off. It was completely lop-sided, falling off the track, and the track got twisted at the bottom on one side. I thought I was going to need a new garage door with new tracks!! Overhead came out and in one hour fixed the whole thing. All it needed was a new cable and it only cost me $150 for the entire repair. I do not know how they did the magic because I did not watch, but it was miraculous considering what the door and track looked like. They are honest, reliable, and provided excellent service. Highly recommend.

I’m so disappointed in Overhead Doors! I’ve had their products for many years but recently I called because my door just stopped working. I spoke to a man and told him there was a red light blinking on the motor cover. He said he would have to send a technician. When the technician arrived he said there was simply something blocking the signal at the bottom of the door. He moved the object and changed me for the service call. Why wasn’t I told over the phone to check for something blocking the signal!

They came out in a few days and had my garage door working good as new, and it’s quieter than ever. Highly recommend.

Great repair service for Overhead Door garage door openers! They are friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I called on a Tuesday and explained my issue. The service manager tried to help me solve the issue over the phone to save a repair call, but when it became apparent that a service call was necessary, it was scheduled for the next day. The service person arrived when promised and quickly discovered that the issue was the circuit board. No waiting for parts to be ordered- he had the board in his truck, replaced it, reprogrammed all of the remotes and inspected the door for other issues - all in less than an hour. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Great service and install, even after I made errors on measurements, but cable came off drums on one door and door was stuck open. Front office didn’t like the way I ask for service to fix the problem so after door being stuck open for two weeks, I ended up fixing it myself.

Can't say enough good things about OverHead Door of Eugene. Our spring broke over the weekend and we had a time-sensitive appointment with another service company Monday morning that needed to go through the garage to get to the back yard. Called OverHead Door and a very nice, courteous gentleman listened to our situation, gave me the contact number for their local employee, and I called and left him a message. He called right back, said he could come right over before he left for other appointments. He was here in ten minutes, just as he said. He had all the necessary parts on his truck, was able to repair the door quickly and tested it, made sure everything was in working condition and was gone before the other service company arrived. We originally bought our door from OverHead Door back many years ago and have had them service it in the past. We trust their work and also appreciate their courtesy and consideration. Highly recommended.

YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE 🗑 I called to get a quote and some guy transfers me to the office where I leave a voicemail and nobody calls me back. Then I call the next day and the gal says she just hasn’t had a chance to get back to me and that my question and concerns are for the owner. Waited a week and no call from the owner.

I am going to share my story and let you make your own decision on whether or not to involve yourself with this company. We are honest hardworking people and this is the truth. A few weeks ago my wife was driving home on 6th st during rush hour when an overhead door employee driving a truck pulling a trailer recklessly, illegally, and carelessly switched lanes into my wife’s lane initiating impact and causing damage to my wife’s newer car that she works hard for. No witnesses stopped by nor did we think to get footage from nearby businesses as we did not expect a self proclaimed reputable company serving the Eugene/Springfield area to deny what had occurred. Their driver got out and not only apologized but admitted he didn’t see her. We thought this situation was cut and dry as far as the morally correct thing to do getting done. We received a letter in the mail from their insurance “Cincinnati” that were denying our claim and putting the blame on my wife. Apparently the fault is not admitted by the insurance company as you have to navigate the lawyer/insurance rhetoric that they so eloquently use to tip toe around accountability as if they are not a multi-million dollar company who hires “professional drivers” that are at liberty to make mistakes but deny to save a dollar. Them saving a dollar means we are on the hook for a $500 copay and insurance increase because they will not accept fault. We have used them for years and will no longer. My friends, family, acquaintances will all know this story and it won’t stop here. This cowardly act will be brought to light on every social media platform I come across. Good riddance and I hope you can sleep at night! P.s. Don’t bother contacting me now to make things right because it’s too late. You thought good, hardworking people were going to roll over and accept this fraud. Nope!

One star because I can’t give them 0!!!!! Dirty & Shameful. Shame on what’s supposed to be a reputable stand up company serving Eugene/Springfield. We have used them for years and will no longer. I urge everyone to not use this company until they do what’s right. One of their drivers towing a trailer merged into my wife’s lane hitting the side of her vehicle. It was rush hour on 6th st so no witnesses stopped. The driver got out and apologized to my wife telling her he didn’t see her. He admitted fault on the spot. “It was like he forgot he was towing a trailer” my wife said. A week later we received a letter from their commercial insurance company stating the they were not at fault and we’re already established in the lane, furthermore saying it was my wife’s fault 🤣. Looks like somebody changed their story since no witnesses were around. They also said there was damage to the trailer (maybe, but from side swiping my wife’s car) and a taillight was broken. Clearly from this picture no taillight is broken.It’s times like this I wish I had a dash cam. Unbelievable that this company is going to make us jump through insurance hoops and fight for what they should have morally fixed when they are 100% at fault.Scandalous.

Terrible customer service.

Had them come over to fix a single wide garage door. The job was spring replacement, connect cables, and adjust. They got the spring replaced - after one week of waiting - but cable fell off after 2 days. Called them back, and after another week of waiting, he came back, put the cable back on, and apparently didn't notice that one roller falls off the track on every up-travel. It's been 3 weeks and the door is still not operational. I will now have to call someone else or fix it myself. Their troubleshooting skills and attention to detail is lacking.

Very good service! Replaced my doors bottom seal, Curve arm, Torsion Spring, and lubricated my door! Thank you guys again! Will definitely call again.

Had a broken garage door. It broke off its runner. Called Overhead and they came out within a half hour for an emergency repair. He had it fixed in 15 minutes. Great service, courteous and knowledgeable representative.

Alan (sales) and Albert (installation) were fantastic to deal with. The sales was prompt, efficient and delivered on time and on budget. The installation (despite a messy garage) was done perfectly and very efficiently. I have used Overhead door several times and they are fabulous to work with. Thank you

The young man certainly did not enjoy my questions and request not to use an extension cord. . He also complained about where the button was going to go so i gave in and chose s different place for his convenience. All got resolved amiably. The garage door opener is quiet and works great
