You visited us with a Pure Air 3 Pro electric scooter that had visible motor wire damage. As explained clearly at the time, we needed to carry out an inspection to assess whether the motor could be repaired or would require replacement. No repair work was done, and no payment was taken.
Accusing us of attempting to scam you is completely false and unfair. We are an authorized service centre for PURE Electric with a strong reputation built on honesty, experience, and thousands of successful repairs.

We had to have a new motor on my sons pure scooter ,I was worried about how much this would cost and whether or not it could be done, I should not have had any concerns eridejunction had this fix within a week and I have to say if I ever need any more work doing to a escooter I would not hesitate and take it here

Had really bad experiences with scooter repairs in the past (Halfords) but this was quick simple and a good price. Complete service and even cleaned my brakes. Highly recommended.
