Had a nice overnight stay to attend a 2/28/2025 concert. Room was clean, modern and quiet. I want to thank Felicia (?) especially for taking the time to guide us to the front entrance to catch our Uber ride. It was a bit difficult to find your way around the maze. It was a long walk to the other side of the casino, so we greatly appreciate Felicia’s kindness.

We only booked this for one night, as our room at the Golden Nugget couldn’t be extended one day.
I wish our whole stay was here! From online booking, checkin, checkout, our room, parking, bell service, and customer service, everything was AMAZING.
Small issue with online-check-in, but Kachana quickly looked into it and had us squared away in a few minutes.
Checkout was just as amazing. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the ladie’s name with dark brown hair mid length, but you were awesome!
Room was clean, casino didn’t smell like smoke and it was centrally located.
I didn't know about free parking for military (Pearl Status members), and pre-paid but was quickly reimbursed. Also, I wasn't charged parking at any MGM resorts.
Best gambling spot - our money lasted longer here than any other casino in Vegas at both slots and table games (BJ)!
Thanks and hope to be back soon!

I traveled solo with my teenage daughter and stayed in Players Suite on 20th floor in Century Tower
Pros:
Great location on the side of the Strip, within walking distance to restaurants such as Shake Shack, Hard Rock Café, Olive Garden, Chick-fil-A, and the food court at MGM. Also close to stores like Target, Burlington, Ross, Hershey’s Chocolate World, the Coca-Cola Store, M&M’s, and CVS. T-Mobile arena is next to hotel.
Comfortable beds and a safe environment with card-only access to the elevators.
Kids love Rollercoaster- you get 2 for 1 ride with stay
Cons:
The hotel is pricey compared to others.
I stayed on the 20th floor in a player suite, but the front desk initially tried to give me a suite with no view.
It was difficult to sleep due to loud noises from nearby rooms. Our bathroom smelled like marijuana, likely because someone was smoking in the room next to ours. We reported this to housekeeping.
The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival, with clear stains on tables etc from previous guests.
The staff at the America Restaurant was rude and arrogant. One server decided to tip herself and did not return my change when I paid her $50 cash for breakfast for one person. Others were the same.
