Risk delt with my case as a public defender for a case I caught in Johnson county . My family ended up hiring him as a paid lawyer for my Marion county case . When I had a warrant for my Johnson county case I ended up calling him to let him know I was literally kidnapped and held against my will by my ex who was a confidential information for Indianapolis police and my ex’s statements ended up leading to several arrests in a federal case a drug ring in Indiana. When I spoke to Risk about being held captive and against my will for 49 days he told me he would not do a motion of discovery of my violation (my escape charge from being kidnapped at the Johnson county work release) because I’m just a drug addict and nobody would believe me . This case was in 2021 and I had to do 6 months and 2 days in the Johnson county jail because I was kidnapped and my PAID lawyer refused to believe me due to my past addiction . Since then several women have been beaten , abused , raped , && held captive because my PAID lawyer looked at me as a drug addict rather than a victim . If I could give zero stars I would . I never got my justice and neither did past victims or current victims because due to my drug addiction my monster walks free amongst others .
