ブローは得意ではないのかもしれませんね。
前髪カットもお願いしましたが、長さが揃っていません。邪魔です。技術力に問題あり。
最後にスタイリング剤はつけなくていいか
と聞かれたので、はいと答えましたが、
後ろの髪の毛がはねているにも関わらず、
直されず、そのまま帰されました。
何もつけなかったとしても、そこは
ブローで伸ばすべきじゃないのか？
接客は良いだけに残念です。
もう行くことはないかなぁと思います。
I went here today for my first time and I had a wonderful experience! Both the hair stylist and shampoo technician were very knowledgeable and thoughtful through the entire process. I love my haircut and will be coming back!
DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! SCAM!
Went to this hair salon to get a perm for my hair, initially they advised me that they could do loose curls in my hair just fine.
3hrs into the session they turned around to me to say its completed, yet my hair was still completely traight. They then tried to tell me that "oh you said you wanted this". I was almost crying because they had damage my hair so much and it just looked like i had woken up with bed hair. After my complaints they were sorry but asked me to still pay 7000yen for their f'ck up. I speak Japanese completely fine and have no language barrier whatsoever and they still messed up. I will say it again, DO NOT GO HERE!
