Fired him after taking months to handle my divorce, setting court dates without notifying me, and never requesting the court demand the sale of my house jointly owned by myself and my ex. Kept asking for new financials claiming that's what was holding things up but he only needed them because he kept taking so long to process stuff and therefore needed each new month's financial records. Sham and waste of money.

The worst lawyer I have ever meet Hands down. Very nice man, but has absolutely no backbone. He’s been my divorce Lawyer for three Plus years now, And we have literally gotten nowhere. My wife’s lawyer is excellent and is a killer. This guy is a puppy. He will dodge your calls. He’s looking for low hanging fruit where he can make money with his little work as possible and get out of there. Within the last three years, he has gone through at least four different paralegals teams. Do not get this lawyer whatever you do.
It gave me clarity what I need to do. I had no knowledge. This was very important and informative. Thank you. I work hard don’t have a lot but will love to leave something for my son.

Worst company Ever!
If I could give this company zero stars, I would.
The only reason this review isn’t completely negative is because attorney Doris was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about her clients. Unfortunately, she is no longer with the firm. Since her departure, dealing with this office has been a complete nightmare.
For months, I have been trying to recover the unused balance of my funds and obtain a final billing statement for my case. I have repeatedly called and emailed, only to have my concerns ignored. My calls have even been disconnected instead of being addressed. It is unbelievable that a law firm would treat a paying client this way.
There is absolutely no excuse for withholding a final accounting or failing to return unused client funds if they are owed. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism has been unacceptable.
At this point, I am left wondering whether anyone in this office intends to do the right thing. All I have asked for is what belongs to me—a final billing statement and the return of any unused funds.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for legal representation. Save yourself the frustration, the endless unanswered calls and emails, and the complete lack of customer service. I regret ever trusting this firm with my case.

Slow to act, respond, or do anything it seems. Beware of drawing out your divorce for a year or two longer than it should
These people took my money and did absolutely nothing.I asked for a refund and to date as I still have not heard From them do not use!]!! Shameful
Terrible attorney, DO NOT HIRE. Incompetent staff, once I hired him it took 3 months to serve my ex with divorce paperwork because his staff messed up paperwork multiple times submitting to the court. He does not return phone calls or emails, his staff is trained to take a “message” and nothing is ever arranged, so you have no idea what’s happening in your case and you can not contact with important information. Also CHECK YOUR “BILL” he will make up charges. So many dates listed are incorrect and no emails/calls happened on the supposed dates they put down. Basically a scam attorney, better off representing yourself because at least your paperwork will be turned in complete. He has a high turnover over rate with his staff so I’m not surprised by all the mess ups in court documents. SCAM CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE BUT HIM, COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY
, unorganized and incompetent. I brought my friend here for an easy divorce and 6 months later they had done nothing. They don't mind smooth talking you and taking your money but when it comes to doing the job they just can't seem to get it done. Nothing but excuses
Don’t hire this guy!!!!! This firm still owes me $4,500 it’s been over 2 months and they keep giving me the run around. I requested an itemized report of the work completed as I also requested my money be returned bc your services will no longer be needed. I received the itemized report from Rhonda which showed a total of $495 charge which I have no issues with. But they have yet to return my remaining $4,500 I reported them to the bar and will be taking them to small claims court. DONT TRUST this establishment they are a robbing Peter to pay Paul type of buisness!!!!!
Total DISREGARD for my 90 year old mother. She is a client of David Foyil. She has given him thousands of dollars yet he repeatedly REFUSES to give her a copy of her OWN trust. The staff makes excuses instead of results. LOOK AT THE YELP REVIEWS !!!
I am so glad to hear Crystal Green is no longer working here as she is the worst excuse for a paralegal aid I have ever had to experience. She never returned my phone call let alone passed on the case information to anyone else still working in the office what a lazy desk attended. Best place for her to find a job is in the orchard because her customer service skills which is none xistent what so ever. This business should take her to court for loss of business! She was also eating while talking only big backs do that kind of lazy unprofessional activities at work at 10a.m how many meal breaks do you need my god!

I wouldn’t recommend this law group to my worst enemy. I was using equal justice for divorce, child custody and support and I had to switch to a better lawyer. They seem to be focusing heavily on immigration to boost their rating. Don’t be fooled. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THEM!!!
Staff is very friendly, and helpful through a process I've never had to, nor wanted to experience. I've never felted like I've asked a dumb question, or called with worry-wart concerns. I've sent emails with questions or concerns after I got home from work (5-6pm), many times have gotten responses back within minutes, or by end of the following day.
Heck, I drove to their Jackson, Ca office, while I was visiting from my home state, just so I could see the faces of those who've helped me along this journey.
I didn't get to meet them all, but I hope to the next time I breeze into town.
