Casey and his team did outstanding craftsmanship, were timely, communicated well, and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Throughout the project they listened and delivered on what we wanted, while also offering valuable suggestions and options. We are extremely happy with the results and have received great feedback from visitors. The best is the honesty, transparency, attention to detail, and communication Casey provided throughout project. He will be the first we call for our next remodel project and have highly recommended him to neighbors.

I can’t speak highly enough of Casey Connor and his crew at Epic Contractors. Every one of the workers who did our master bath remodel were professional, tidy, friendly, and excellent at their various crafts. What a wonderful crew to have coming and going every day. We looked forward to welcoming Ross and his workers every morning. Casey was excellent at keeping us informed about all progress and at quickly coming up with a work-around for the one unexpected issue that arose. The project turned out so much better than I had imagined it would be. We highly recommend this outstanding crew.

This company starts early. Several times they are working around 4am dumping dirt or like this morning pouring concrete. Seems to have no regard for the neighbors. I have talked with the owner but little or no action is taken.

While we don’t show you as a customer in our records, we do appreciate you raising this directly. We make efforts to follow local ordinances and coordinate work in a way that limits impact on the surrounding community whenever possible.
Unfortunately, on this specific day, we were pouring a very large concrete slab that takes over 8 hours to pour out and finish. If we started at sun up the concrete will set up on us too quickly from the heat and we will have a poor finish. For this reason, we have to start before the sun rises to get a quality product by the late afternoon.
We’re always open to continuing the conversation and working toward solutions that are respectful of the neighborhood.

We contacted Epic Contractors to help us with replacing part of our driveway with pavers. While the job may not sound complex, knowing how to navigate the city of Jacksonville Beach’s permitting office is key. Casey is knowledgeable about this process and was able to quickly determine that we could achieve what we wanted without submitting a variance (still need that permit though!). He is a great communicator and delivers on his promises. The paver crew was professional and worked efficiently/cleanly. We are so happy with the job performed. We highly recommend Epic Contractors for your next home project.

We needed an oversized 3 car garage with enough attic space to store many of personal items as well as seasonal items.
I guess we won the lottery being fortunate enough to have Casey build this for us!! He made it simple and easy to work with although we were constantly making changes and to be honest making Casey’s job more difficult!! He never pushed back and continued to work hard with a smile something that is hard to find these days!! Thank You. Casey!!!! We have a new friend!!

Casey and his team literally saved the day! Unfortunately I previously hired an contractor that lied and was deceitful and didnt follow up with what they said they would do. As a business owner myself the level of professionalism, follow up and expectations Casey set from day one for my wife and I was amazing. We knew what was expected and he gave us a timeline that he stuck to, my family went from an horrible stressful experience dealing with the previous contractor to an incredible professional that really took care of my family.

Casey and his team did a fantastic job with our recent renovation. We updated the kitchen and had new flooring put in. We also had a tricky fireplace update which came out very well! With fresh paint in the kitchen and beautiful T & G on ceiling, the place has a wonderful new feel. Casey was always there to immediately address any concerns or questions. We love working with Casey! We've done two projects with him so far. He's provides a very professional experience and top quality work and best of all he's responsive and very kind!
We had a roofing accident at our house and water poured through the ceiling. Casey and his team laid out the plan, was clear with pricing and schedule. They finished early and did an exceptional job. Equally important, Casey was always in touch with updates and extremely professional. Highly recommend.
This was by far the easiest and smoothest remodel I have ever done. Casey made everything simple, even if a challenge wasn't. All subs were on time and extremely professional. Casey did exactly what he promised, when he promised it and my home is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely choose Epic again.

Casey Conner and his team assisted in a long-awaited home renovation of our beach bungalow and we cannot recommend him enough. He worked with us to create a realistic budget and timeline and then walked us through every step of the process.
