Good
Good agency, but shifts can be very irregular and sometimes they call you in the morning which can be quite annoying. Also some agents can be rude to you.

Quick job offer
I was working with them during 2020- 2021.Got work quickly. No problems in payment and was decent agency.The consultant I had had left now he had contact with the deputy from school and as she knew me I got 10 months of work continuously.Only thing I'd say is agencies need to support their clients a lot more when there are problems at a school and not just brush it off because they'll lose work

Good place to work

Productive and fun workday

Paid below minimum, taken advantage of staff
Last minute calls to go to schools which then leads to schools blaming you for turning up late. No accountability from schools if they change their mind last minute about calling supply because we are an expendable workforce. In terms of flexibility if you don’t accept work then they’ll hold it against you and won’t call you out for the rest of the week. Sent to multiple schools for roles which were not suited for me. They’ll basically just put any individual in a class as long as it generates revenue for them. They began using Umbrella payment which was shockingly bad and ended up costing more to stay employed. They would falsely advertise payment ranges for roles and talk about ‘experience’ when in reality teachers should be paid a minimum of what is on the NASWUT pay scales. Best to use this agency as a backup for last minute work which you don’t mind leaving.

Very rewarding
Enjoyable and very rewarding career can be tough at times working with non verbal children with SEN behaviour issues sometimes you may get bitten pinched screamed at but it teaches you to remain calm in stressful situations and helps you become a better individual knowing you have put a smile on a students face

Work is guaranteed but poorly paid
I enjoy working with the kids and there is a large variety of schools on their roster. I have learnt a lot and I believe that has helped me in this career. The communication with the agency is a fundamental problem. I have been with several different people at the agency. One of those was great to work with but no longer works there, the rest have been impossible to get hold of, inconsistent and in some cases down right unprofessional. The pay is low compared to other agencies and I would recommend speaking to other agency employees to get an idea of how little you’re being paid in comparison. Pros Good variety of work Cons Thankless, low pay, poor communication

Great company My line manager is lydia and she is amazing, Great girl.Friendly team.some Great schools they cover. You can do odd days or full terms .stay in 1 place or move round so flexible.

Keep you busy
Worked with them for 5 years. Always had a lot of work but I was never forced to take on something I didn't want to. Was offered 3 long term posts whilst working with them at good schools.

Unreliable
Really not a good company to work for. They are so unreliable it's crazy. Majority of the time I had no work. Even though I was available everyday. Very difficult to get hold of people. Phones, emails and texts don't get answered.Majority of the time it's a phone call at 7am asking if your available to go in. Always last minute. Never any notice and if you say that you can't go in, they go mardy with you, and then you don't get any work for a couple weeks (basically like their trying to disciplining you).Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Cons Unreliable, not the best pay, not nice staff, never any work, always last minute

Solid work
Pay is underwhelming. My rep is amazing and lovely. She works. Hard and is always kind and understanding. Supply however is very poorly paid with few benefits other than work life balance. Pros Regular work Cons Low pay

Productive, keeps you busy
Lovely agency to work for, plenty of shifts going and lovely consultants to work with. I would recommend this agency to students studying early years / primary education as you’re getting experience working in schools and nurseries and getting paid for it. Cons None

travelling far
if you don’t mind travelling far then by all means go for this job however if you do not like that and you are a bus taker then this job can be very tiring and taking up a lot of your time.
