We have appointed Enviro Waste on several commercial waste disposal contracts. Both their teams in the office and on the ground are always professional, extremely efficient, their teams are highly skilled and their organisational skills are effortless, overall their team are approachable and always very helpful. Their paperwork is clear and transparent from their initial quotations which are precise to their final reporting, invoicing and waste transfer notices providing peace of mind of their waste disposal credentials. Their team are able to respond to any additional requests which arise on site with speed and deliver on deadlines every time. We will continue to engage their services across our commercial portfolio and would highly recommend their services.

Great customer service!! Caroline was a ball of sunshine and so lovely on the phone and on email. The guys that came to pick up the equipment were on time and called 30 mins before to give a heads-up. Overall quick and friendly service. Would recommend!

Turned up on time the 2 guys didn’t hang around got the job done in no time, they also let us know where they were on loading weight and asked if we wanted to end the collection or continue. I will use again and recommend to anyone who needs rubbish collected.

Ordered a skip 2 days in advance, and was due to be delivered Wednesday; the skip did not arrive and promised first thing on Thursday morning. The skip has still not been delivered

I appreciate how frustrating this is, and I am very glad that the other nine deliveries we have done for you have not suffered a similar fate.
