Not impressed. I made an appointment with them to clean a carpet they didn't turn up and did not answer the phone. I sent a WhatsApp and they responded with some excuse after an hour. It should be zero stars.
I had planned my day around your team arriving at 9am. You offered the following day but I am not available then. I specifically made the appointment for that day because that was when I was able to wait at home. Your responses on WhatsApp were very unprofessional.
