Brit was our game master and she was awesome!!! Even made us dance the Macarena for extra time, so worth it!!! I’ve done 3/4 game rooms now, and I’ve loved all of them! So much fun every time! 10/10 recommend Grand Rapids Escape Room :)

This escape room was so much fun! i don’t remember our game masters name but she had rainbow hair with matching eye brows and she was amazing!! she was so fun and energetic!

Went here for Mother's Day with a total of 10 ppl. We split up into two groups and had a blast.. the two female workers there were awesome and helpful.

CUSTOMER SERVER: This aspect of the business was really poor. I resevered two escape room, eight individuals, costing a total of $430.00, unfortunately I over booked. Only seven of us arrived. I had one staff member telling me "it's too much work to do refunds", and refused to accommodate (You're at work!!). I talked with the manager and also got the same similar response. So, I was willing to settle for a $25.00 Escape Room shirt that probably cost $5.00 to the company. I missed out on $60.00 that was "too much work to refund". So, customers beware! You will not be refunded for no shows, or accidentally over booking. This doesn't hinder the business by a single person not being present or over booking by one individual. ESCAPE ROOM: Rooms were amazing, and challenging. I'll give them five stars for presentation, and the challenge we all encountered.

Husband and I did The Cure, did not escape but the game master was great and helpful. Lots of fun and would go again.

Came as a group for a birthday and completed one of their hardest rooms! Was lots of fun! Workers are so cool, we had Rey oversee our group, they were funny, and a ton of help when we needed it! Definitely recommend:)
