Great service always. Use them regularly to pick up cars for work travel. Courteous, clean cars. I've been there 2-3x in the last couple months and they are all great guys and gals

This used to be my go to location after my favorite person left the Fishers one but the last few times I've rented from them has been a less than fun experience. Brittany, the manager, is the only decent person there. The rest of them are rude. I can't remember what his name is, but it's the current manager in training, and he is the worst of them all. ZERO customer service skills and so rude and abrasive. Does not care about helping anyone out. This last time (around Sept 12th) it took them A MONTH to refund my deposit and they took half of it without explaining why. I didn't get a final receipt via email like I usually do when they check in the vehicle either so now I've gotta call and figure out why they're stealing from me. I've been a LONG time customer. I used to rent EVERY. SINGLE. WEEKEND. when my son was hospitalized up north because my car was a POS and wouldn't make it. I paid all that money, every single weekend, to spend ONE HOUR with my son during visitation. And ever since then, we go to Cinci Children's now and I rent from them for our surgeries and appts, etc. I've never trashed their vehicles, I've never wrecked their vehicles and I've only forgotten to refuel one time (due to a stressful hospital visit) and I told them I was so sorry and to just charge me their fee to fill up). You'd think they'd treat a long term-er better, but nobody cares anymore. I'm scared to try some of these other rental places, but I fear after this time... I'm gonna have to try.

Itās wild to sit on hold on the phone and listen to hold messages about āexceptional extra-mile customer serviceā and the āconvenienceā Enterprise offers, only to be hung up on because my call canāt be handled after waiting 12 minutes, 3 times in a row. Iām trying to contact the office because the rental we received yesterday has dealer tags that expire in 3 days, but after 36 minutes of waiting on hold and being hung up on by the system, Iām just going to have make the 30-minute drive to the office to ask in person.

This place is great, it's located near where I live and the rental process was easy and quite affordable!
I booked my rental on Monday for a Thursday pickup and had no issues at all. I was in and out within 15minutes of arriving!
Huge shout out to Brittany and her team, for clean cars, great customer service and answering any questions I had!

When I received the vehicle from Enterprise, a warning popped up that the PSI in the back right tire was low. Since the warning popped up the second I got into the car for the first time, I figured that the employees at enterprise had checked this out and there was no reason to be alarmed. What I did not realize was how dangerously low the back tire was, 12 PSI! I took a picture at the time in case I would be unfairly charged for the negligence of the enterprise staff, but a couple days later the tire became visibly deflated (while sitting outside my apartment). I tried to bring the issue to the attention of the staff at Carmel to which I was told to drive it to a gas station and fill it with air. I confirmed with experts had I listened to this advice, I most likely would have ended up in an accident because the tire was completely deflated AND although the act of filling the tire with air is a simple procedure, if something were to go wrong, I did not want to be held liable. I ended up having to use roadside service which was charged to my account despite the car being provided in these conditions. I tried discussing my concerns with the staff and the person I spoke with completely ignored what I said and gave me a rude look, so I didnāt press any further. Horrible business practice and horrible staff. It is honestly so sad what a company will do to make an extra $50.

Made a reservation and I was told there is no car for me. Never heard a āsorryā!Thatās ok. But the attitude of the manager is Sooo Rude! Aggressive! She is trying to brush me off and doesnāt care about how much inconvenience it brings to me! And she even said you go any locations if you want. Yes I did~ But why you are here if you donāt care about your customers if u just kick your customers out because you guys messed my reservation! You could do a better job! You could be nicer!!!
