Fake company fake phone numbers on websites all answering machines they install solar pannels then disappear never to be heard from again - getting attorneys involved now

It is very poor in service. They installed panels on 6/4 but as of now system not ready to produce and paying to insurance company every month. They're not responding calls, not responding msg also. Not happy to select this company. Harold Cabrera is our sales representative.

This is the worst solar company ever! It's been 10 months now and my system is not operational yet and I have been making payments to the lender and my electric bill!!!!! DO NOT use this company. I had to pick 1 star, but they do not deserve any stars.

I’ve been trying to reach them out for the past 5 months! I hope they are ready to speak with my lawyers, WORST SOLAR COMPANY EVER

I've been paying for two services for 4 months, Lakeland Electric, and paying the bill for the solar panels, no one responds, no emails, no calls, the office in Spring Hills doesn't exist, now I really have a broken roof, and I'm paying for a service I don't use , I have to take this to court. This company is really a bad decision if you want to install solar panels on your house.

Don’t ever go with this company. They do NOT HAVE A LICENSE TO BUILD. ripped my grandparents thousands of dollars off a 13ft x 40ft unbuilt pergola. Harold has no idea what he’s doing. Used 3rd parties that never spoke English worked on the pergola. They left an absolute mess, after every inspection done by pinellas county be failed. This business is a joke.

Worst company ever! Been 11 months and still not working

I pay more now then before. I still pay over a hundred dollar power bill. Plus the solar payments which is over 200.00 dollars. Before I was paying 160.00dollars.

Shoddy work. Nonresponsive customer support. 3 months of no answer as to when the final inspection will be done or when my system will be turned on. I’ve left multiple messages and emails and texts. They recognize my number and hang up when I call for answers. (Pictures) they cut the hole for the breaker box too large and left gaps. The breakers labeled in marker were the only ones the installers labeled and left me to figure out what the rest were. I guess I work for a solar company now. It’s going to court, most likely. Avoid this business like the plague!

I bougth my system and 2 weeks lateral was install, I think I wait another 2 weeks for electric company chance something outsite but now I enjoy solar and I recomend this company

Our experience so far has been seamless. Harold Cabrera is our sales representative. He is SO EXTREMELY knowledgeable of solar energy and how it will impact our lives from now on... he's answered every question we've had most before we even asking them. He immediately won our trust, being so forthright. Not just saying what would sell us on solar energy... but everything. He told us about the great benefits but at the same time he did NOT try to upsale product by getting us to buy things he really did not think we needed at this point. He's been totally available and returns calls in a very timely fashion. I just can not say enough about this company and their choice of employees! Very Satisfied Customer!

He kept us apprised of every step of the process of installing our panels. We have had them for about 4-5 months and absolutely love how easy and seamless they were to go green! Steve goes above and beyond for his customers and really understands our needs. His honesty is also much appreciated and rare in this line of business. Thank you!!

professional staff and leasing companies that I've worked with. I felt more comfortable with them, they took time to answer my questions they allowed me to take the time I needed to make the decision they did not pressure me. They are always available to take my calls to handle any resolution. It took a little bit longer for a couple of the panels to come online but they gave me a window to watch it and then call back if it wasn't online and if I had any questions or whatever and so I called back and they opened the ticket up and ironically it within a day or two after the ticket being opened up it resolved itself. They always make sure the customer is happy.

Enlightened Solar makes saving money and saving the planet so easy. The employees did a great job explaining how my solar system for house works. I've saved so much money on electricity! Is not even funny 6 months later after my install I decide to this review because I felt they delivery what the promise and I am very happy with the service provided. I wish I knew about solar before but they really help me understand all.

Enlightened Solar was our choice We looked at 3 Solar companies for estimates. Enlightened Solar (Kenneth) gave us a competitive estimate and I liked there system the best. For two main reasons one, they use panels with micro inverters as compared to one main one and two, all the components are warranted by Emphases Energy. So, Enlightened Solar is their dealer and we will only have to call them if we have any issues in the future.

We have absolutely no regrets going solar. We feel we chose the best in the business from our system from our research about various companies, products lines, and local installers. Since it was a time in my life, I actually had enough money to pay outright for the Solar system my feelings about the value and savings is more likely different than from those who are paying over a period of time for their system. Of course, we realized immediate savings and benefits from Solar. The system works flawlessly with the exception of a module that had to be replaced a few months after install. Faulty parts are a possibility with any mechanical/electrical product. The happily surprising thing was the interaction between the Customer Service and myself over the faulty device. The findings were realized and a crew came out to replace the device in a timely manner. As far as the install, and interaction with the local installer, we were also more than satisfied with everything from initial contact, sales call, informative video call and install. The crew were thorough, courteous and quick to install the system. Questions I had been quickly answered by the Enphase dealer; Greg F at Enlightened Solar.

Their install team was one time, professional and did a quality job on both of the houses they installed for us. Very impressed with the speed and quality at which they performed their work. Thank you!!
