I raised an issue over a month ago and sent more than 10 follow-up emails, yet I have still not received a resolution or a clear update. The lack of communication has been disappointing, and I hope response times and issue resolution can be improved.
Watch ****** arrived in great condition, was well packaged to avoid Shipping damage and works as expected thus far after in use for about one week. this watch winder is very well made and it's cost was quite affordable.
Gift for my husband...it came package so well and very well preserve. He loves it and said it running smoothly. So this is an amazing product that is well built that, I recommend!
I do not know much about the mechanics of it but I can tell you what I do know. It has an acrylic glass front with a clear view of the watches. (This is so much nicer than all those watch boxes laying around. Now he can put most of his watches in this box, we might need another box). It has a soft blue led light that can be turn on and off. It works and is not too bright..
It makes very subtle noise but overall its exactly what I hoped it would be. Looks nice and gets the job done without having to shell out hundreds of $.
Very well made. Silent as can be. I can barely hear it when I have my head to it. Blue light is great for a nighight. Nothing better that putting on a fully charged automatic watch everyday, or skipping a week and it does not need to be wound or set. Worth every penny and then some.
I am enjoying viewing my watch collection through the clear cover panel while winding 4 of my favorite watches. Safe is well designed, beautiful to look at, and functional.
I was taken in by all the 5-star reviews, and purchased a 6-watch winder. It came with the wrong pillows, and the winder is useless. I have written, for the past 2 months, multiple emails to the "customer service", and had an initial chat with a Chester - who has since gone completely silent and never responded to my questions. This appears to be a sham company, so please save yourself $ and aggravation - do not buy anything from them until they prove they are a reputable company and start responding to customers' comments. By the way, the company sent the winder from "HK, China" - not California, as they claim on their website. Wish "0 stars" were an option...

This is an update of my review above. After a 9-month ordeal with the "customer service" provided by Chester, I was contacted by the General Manager, Ms. Nathalie Miller. She was EXTREMELY apologetic and efficient in resolving the issue, and within 3 weeks, I received the "custom-made" winder pillows that now accommodate my watches. As a "thank you for your business" gesture, Nathalie offered a refund of the purchase price, which is highly appreciated - since I had to purchase another watch winder... But in all honesty, I am now back to using the Enigwatch winder - it is elegant, super quiet, and flawless to this point. A big shout-out to Nathalie, who has saved my business! I will definitely purchase my next Enigwatch because of her. Thank you!

This is an update on my scathing (and well-deserved at the time) review. I have recently (but 8 months after my initial contact with Chester) received an email from Nathalie Miller, the General Manager. She apologized profusely for my terrible experience, and has since answered every one of my emails within 24 hours. She has personally interceded to fix the problem, and she was extremely apologetic, well-informed, and helpful. It looks like the issue with the pillows that were too short to accommodate a watch for a 22 mm-wrist will be fixed, and I was promised a new set of 6 pillows that could be used for my watches. So, until I actually receive the pillows, the issue is still not fixed, but I have confidence that Nathalie will come through. I have changed my review to reflect Nathalie's outstanding customer service (5 stars) - but will retain my rating of 0/5 for Chester. Thank you, Enigwatch and Nathalie!
The winder is stylish and goes well with our existing decor. Every time we've used it to wind our watches, it's done a fantastic job. It gets the job done quietly and effectively.
This thing is fantastic! From the first day I started using it, it has kept PERFECT time just the way it was configured by the manufacturer, with no adjustment to the speed needed whatsoever. I don't wear my Rolex watch every day and reset it all the time was such a drag before getting this winder! I actually find I wear it more NOW than I ever did! This is because it is always at the correct time! It really has made me enjoy my watch so much more and really, what could be better than that?
Purchased the impresario a year ago and now the fingerprint not does not work. I cannot get to my watches and have sent emails and spoken with someone who promised to send an email for technical support but never did. I would advise to go with a more reputable company. I may have to break the winder in order to get to my watches
The LCD functions perfectly, the motor runs quietly, and the rotation, including the reverse, works flawlessly. Additionaly, the design is fantastic, exactly as described.
If you own multiple automatic watches or find it inconvenient to reset them after a few days of being idle, the Centennial Watch Winder is the perfect solution.
I gave this away after I tried to open it, to be honest, the packaging is very neat and savety. You can also see that the materials appear to be of high quality and from my initial inspection, it appears to be made of very strong and sturdy steel...
Absolutely gorgeous and works perfectly I would suggest if you an automatic watch then this is something you need unless you ever take your watch off great wood color plenty of settings remote control bright light just everything not one negative comment for it
