The service I got from Lovejoy is unmatched, so humble soul with good people's skill..obviously I will always come back
appalling service. placed an order around end of july, asked if we had an account 5 Aug and response for 50% payment was only given on the 25th. was then informed on 16th Sept that there was a delay shipment. we settled the balance of our invoice, and then asked for follow ups throughout. sent a mail on 6 Oct still waiting for shipment and have not heard back from the sales rep since. when i call, the receptionists take my details and thats all it is - no feedback. Really disappointing
