Scammers I put one star as you can’t put none. I didn’t see these reviews until after I’d hired them. Unfortunately I paid upfront in cash as I had to go out. I left two guys Alex and Lindon commencing to work on my flat roof. Upon my return 15 mins later. They had gone. I can’t get them back. Jordon has text me to say he called the lads of the job mid job & they would return. But, no, they haven’t. Having now read all these rev, they’re not going to are they. I found them on BARK. I’ve complained to BARK and also reported them to trading standards. Can you all please do the same so we can get them closed down. I’ve found two names they use. Enhance roofing & building & Check a roof. Tel no is the same. I have an address in Houghton nr Crewe.

Total Scam Employed this firm to re-point my ridge tiles, said they would be done within 2 weeks, yes the roofer turned up on the Friday 24/05/24 put his ladders up then suddenly took them down and said his ladders weren't long enough. Informed me he would come back on the Saturday 25/05/24 haven't seen or heard from him since. Made a comment about the firm closing then tried to correct himself. I then tried to phone the company 17 times to no avail as I stupidly paid a deposit to them. The roofers name was Jordan Cullen and when I went onto trustindex there's a first class report on the 06/02/24 from Jordan Cullen when he actually works for them. They then phoned 6 weeks later to which I mentioned the above fact for all of a sudden the review from their employee was removed. I.ve text and text to enquire about my deposit again to no avail. I've since employed another contractor to do the work, AVOID this firm at all cost, only wish I had read other customers reviews first.

Complete scam, didn’t actually do the work I paid them to do on the roof and when the issue I was having persisted and I tried to get them back they would not show up at the arranged times and then became unresponsive. I’ve had to get another roofer to come in who was the one to confirm that nothing had really been done. These guys are thieves. Do not use

Absolutely atrocious, turned up on the wrong day, made the roof worse and I'm now having to hire a different company to fix this absolute atrocious job, had to contact building standards, do not recommend

I had some pointing work done in March this year.I was quoted what I thought was reasonable. I expected the work to take a full day. The work was completed in less than two and a half hours. The job had not been done the way I expected - no chasing out of the old mortar - and the ground was left littered with cement splashes. I have waited till now to give the owner (Lee) the opportunity to contact me. His office staff have been efficient and friendly but he has failed to respond. I feel I have been overcharged, even RIPPED OFF, at a rate of £100 per hour. If you want a good job doing at a reasonable price DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have given one star as with no stars it would not allow me to post
