I've been using Ray's service on and off for 7-8 years. Him and his team do an amazing job everytime. But this time around communication was horrible. I had an appointment on Wed. 3pm-6pm which was moved up to 10am-12pm. I got updated calls about the driver coming then when 12pm hit the driver wasn't answering his phone and once I called the main line I was updated that there was a mechanical issue and no one was coming, I was scheduled for the next day 8am-10am. Unfortunately same thing, I had to call to figure out where the cleaner was and by 10:35am he arrived. I'm ok with people being late as long as you keep in contact and update me on what's going on but none of that happened either day.

The owner of the company is the biggest scammer on earth. He is very unprofessional and will go as far as to threaten people and to say he will break into properties to cause damage. He will come out and not do what he is supposed to do. Then when you inspect his work and send him pics of damages he caused and unfinished work he will continue to harass and insult you. For your own safety don’t deal with this company or any of its employees

Do not trust or use this company or any of their services at all. They will scam you for sure. If you do use them make sure to stay with them as they do the work then make sure to inspect the job they do. Ray the owner of the company came out to do steam carpet cleaning and to do sanding and polishing work on hardwood floor for the same apartment. It was a vacant apartment so Ray would have the keys to go and supposedly do the work by himself. He rented a vacuum cleaner and vacuumed the carpet without any steam cleaning at all. As for the floor he left the floor unpolished and without putting the proper clear coat on top. Now we have to get someone else to do everything all over again. In addition he damaged few other things as he was working. When he was contacted about the damages he denied it and continued to threaten the owner of the property as well as the manger. This company is not safe to work with and is very unprofessional.

I was a bit skeptical at first however after they gave me a quote and set the Appointment and was on time and very professional I was very please. They where quick and the price was affordable. He was fantastic

The professionals came looked around and got straight to work, I am honestly amazes at the job. I had Stains on the carpet I thought you couldn't remove in a million years and they got the job done, I went from stain carpet floors to brand new carpet. I am extremely happy and satisfied with their service and I highly recommend them.

i used this carpet cleaning company a few times.I am very happy with the service . they was able to get stains out that i thought was impossible. he was very professional and i will most definitely keep using them for services.btw they have the best deals.

Staff was very professional, on time and definitely restored my carpets.
