Encore Assisted Living and Memory Care at Maplewood took amazing care of my mother in law for over 2 years. The entire team cared for her like she was family. She was treated with constant respect, patience, and kindness. My mother in law made good friends with all of the caregivers and spoke highly with praise.
Our family highly recommends the Maplewood location.
This incredible place deserves 100 stars! Mom and i just love the director, head nurse and the aides, who i sincerely call "Dad's Angels". From day 1, dad, who has alzheimer's, has received the greatest care. They not only care for our loved one, but they care for us, listen to us, and are there for us always. They truly feel like family. As dad comes to the end of his journey, We will forever be greatful for the joy, the tears, the laughter and so much love we and our loved one feels each and every day ❤️

Thank you so much for your kind words. We are so pleased that your family is happy with your dad's care. And, yes, we do care feel that our responsibility is caring for our families as well. ❤️
I finally had to move mom to a place with more care she's 85 now. I am a single guy in construction and know everything about everything. making and getting this done is not what i am good at and it was very stressful for her and me. When i meet the staff at Encore maplewood I knew this was the place. They were all and i mean all the staff you know who you are. Were so helpful in the comfort, paper work and moving process that it made it a breeze for me and mom. Since being there for 2 weeks her condition has greatly improved she's back to shopping and wanting to go out to eat ext. Thank you so much you guys, ROCK

Oh, you are so welcome! We're so glad that you mom is happy and improving here at Encore Maplewood! Thank you for sharing your positive experience with others.
Constantly understaffed. Bad for the residents and bad for the staff. They have policies that are mean, example -an 85 year old resident was not allowed to go outside and smoke anymore because they decided that their campus is now a non smoking campus. She's been there for years. Really unfair to her.
