I made this booking by mistake. I had lost my keys and needed a hotel room after midnight, but I accidentally booked the room for the following night instead of that same night.
I immediately went to the hotel, but they told me they were fully booked. The next morning, I explained what had happened and asked whether they could cancel the reservation, especially since they still had enough time to resell the room. Unfortunately, they refused to make any exception.
Very disappointing customer service and a complete lack of understanding.
Additional charges were applied that were not clearly disclosed on their website. I would recommend booking through Booking.com rather than directly through their website, as the final price ended up being higher than the one initially advertised. I felt misled by the pricing and disappointed with the lack of transparency. I contacted the hotel by email to request an explanation and to ask for a solution, but they simply replied that there was nothing they could do.
J’ai passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel. Un grand merci pour la gentillesse du personnel. Les chambres sont propres. Malgré la canicule, des ventilateurs sont à disposition, ce qui sauve les nuits. Oui, il fait chaud, mais comme partout.
Nous avons adoré cet hôtel et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Le petit déjeuner est simple mais très bon.
J'avais réservé deux nuits dans cet hôtel plusieurs mois à l'avance pour une formation dans le secteur.
Arrivé en pleine canicule, la chambre (non-climatisées) était un four à 35°C avec un pauvre ventilateur inutile dans ce contexte, et sans possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre (nombreuses fenêtres en vis-à-vis). N'ayant pas pu fermer l'œil de la première nuit dans cette étuve, j'ai averti au plus tôt le matin la réception qu'il pouvait remettre la chambre à louer pour la seconde nuit que j'avais initialement prévu, car j'allais réservé dans un hôtel climatisé pour la suite. J'ai eu un échange de mail avec le management de l'établissement qui a refusé de me rembourser la seconde nuit (que je n'ai pas passé à l'hôtel).
Si je comprends pertinemment que l'hôtel n'est en rien responsable de la canicule, et que les conditions de réservation stipulaient bien le non-remboursement, un geste commercial pour une nuit que j'ai annulé au plus tôt aurait été appréciable vu les conditions de confort de votre établissement à cette période.
Vous préférez satisfaire votre bilan comptable plutôt que la satisfaction et au confort du client, cela est regrettable.
Dans le bâtiment accolé il y a une maison de retraite avec qui on partage un beau jardin...Chambre correcte, bon petit déjeuner avec du choix, bon emplacement pour visiter Paris (environ 30mn en métro de beaucoup de sites). Sur 3 jours la chambre n'a pas était faite et les serviettes n'ont pas été changées...
Ça pourrait être un hôtel mais ce n'est pas un hôtel!
Останавливались на неделю. Тихое и удобное место для того, чтобы исследовать центр Парижа. 3 станции метро в нескольких минутах ходьбы от отеля , одна из них в 2-х минутах! Хорошие кафе и рестораны вокруг и прекрасный шоппинг в двух шагах на улице Коммерс. Там вы найдете пару десятков магазинов отличных недорогих французских и международных брендов. Тихая улочка с широкими тротуарами. Магазин продуктов (фрукты, вино, вода и т.д) работает до 3 х часов ночи и расположен в нескольких метрах на углу Театр и Золя. Нам продали ночью даже штопор :) . В отеле нормальный завтрак, но без излишеств. В номере очень чисто, большая душевая, нормальная раковина(где можно разложить туалетные принадлежности 2-х человек и при этом нормально умываться!). Не смотря на небольшую площадь номера, там есть почти все для нормальной жизни, хотя мы там только ночевали, так как программа была очень насыщенной. Особое спасибо всему персоналу! Есть уютный зеленый дворик, который даже в феврале смотрится потрясающе. Спасибо и желаю этому месту и его персоналу всего доброго и процветания! Да и еще: очень чистый и ухоженный райончик!
