Very dissatisfied. The office staff seemed very confused on who is to do what and take care of what the biggest complaint is. They were more worried about what insurance was gonna cover and pay them instead of taking care of the customer, which was me, even though I offered to pay it in full myself. After going back-and-forth with these guys for days, I would not recommend them for any services

I was lucky enough to utilize Empower Home during my wound care and they have been phenomenal!!

My father suffered a fall overnight in his room at an Independent/Assisted Living facility. After 3 days in the hospital and 3 weeks in rehab he was sent back. Empower Home Health was chosen for care visits at his facility following his return. Everyone from the owner to the staff that have been there were amazing! Over an extended time I was blessed with great nursing care from Renee and outstanding physical therapy from Rhi and Jeff. I initially required a lift to get out of bed and unable to stand on my own or walk. With their selection of therapy and encouragement I was able to eventually get out of bed on my own, stand and walk with the use of a walker. I continue to increase my distance to walk using exercise and techniques they taught me. I highly recommend Empower based on our experience!

When I needed home care from a nurse and PT after a severe leg injury, Empower was a lifesaver. The care I got from the nurse was amazing. With the support of the PT, I was able to keep my strength up and build up what I had lost. I would not be where I am today, 10 weeks after surgery, with the support I had received in the beginning from Empower. Thank you!

The short time we had Empower home health care they were absolutely wonderful with my husband who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer stage 4 Kristen was his nurse and Susan looked over his care. Both ladies were absolutely wonderful, kind and compassionate. Even after they discharged him to hospice they called to check on us.

We can't thank Empower enough for all they did to help our mom get back on her feet after she broke her hip. The nurse treated Mom with respect and kindness. She was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. Mom looked forward to her PT visits and didn't want them to end. The PT immediately "read" Mom and was able to motivate her in a way the hospital PTs had not. We knew Mom was in such good hands that we were able to step away and take some time for ourselves during the visits. Thank you for giving us our mom, and peace of mind, back!

Empower provided my aunt the best care she could have possibly gotten. The staff were friendly and very attentative. They always showed up on time and provided excellent service. I felt that they treated us like family. They were very patient with my aunt.. she is very forgetful and never feels adequate but the staff sat down and explained everything so thoroughly. Each person that came to our home went above and beyond to provide excellent care. I would recommend them 100% of the time every time.

The service was over before It started the person that was handling our case was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ,VERY UNWILLING TO ASSIST, etc I was VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST.
