Fitting a replacement garage door (BN20) I initially requested Sean to fit a new garage door and received very prompt attention. He went to the site to establish what was required and quoted for a new door at a very reasonable price. Subsequently I was unable to complete the purchase and Sean was most helpful in refunding my deposit and reselling the ordered door. I was extremely grateful for his help and professionalism in resolving this issue.

Garage door stuck; lock not working (BN20) A 1pm to 4pm was offered. At 3pm I rang to ask what time the engineer was arriving and was told I was next on the list. Engineer arrived 30 minutes later. He assessed the situation and managed to open the door. He gave the door a good lubrication (WD40) and also checked another adjacent garage door. He realigned the locking hook so that the door closed more easily and securely.

Repair Up and Over Garage Door (TN21) I contacted Empire on Monday the 12th of February 2024. Sean called me back and we arranged for him to come and look at the door in the early afternoon of Tuesday the 13th of February 2024. Sean arrived as arranged, looked at the door knew what it was and fixed it there and then. He was very efficient and cost efective

New roller garage door (RH16) Sean did an absolutely brilliant job of replacing our garage door and was a pleasure to deal with. He was always polite, very prompt with his quote, easy to get hold of when we needed to discuss the work, and extremely thorough when planning the work. The door looks absolutely great and works a treat. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Replacement of garage door. (BN20) From the initial quote to fitting the new garage door was less than two weeks. Sean kept me informed throughout. The work was completed to a very high standard. I would recommend his company.

Installing electric control to existing garage doors (RH16) Sean did an excellent job, coming round to give a quote within 2 days and installing quickly and efficiently a few days later. One of the doors developed an occasional fault a fortnight later and he replaced the offending motor without question, even though it chose to work perfectly when he came. Highly recommended.

New garage door (BN27) Sean did a great job of fitting my new garage door. From receiving the quote to fitting the door he was very professional and easy to contact. Job completely very quickly and all mess cleaned up after. Very pleased with the job and highly recommend

New Awning (BN27) Can't commend them highly enough. A job that had been deemed "difficult" by other "experienced" traders was handled without fuss and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Replace broken cables (BN21) Fast, reasonable price, good work

Fixing the mechanism on an existing electric garage door. (BN26) Sean was simply brilliant. My 82 year old Dad was having to physically push his electric garage door closed in the last part of it's closing cycle. This left him at risk of falling. The original installers refused to help blaming everything other than themselves. Sean was happy to come and have a look at what was a tricky job and within 45 minutes had the door working perfectly. Dad is really happy, myself and my 2 sisters are over the moon as we have eliminated one more risk to our Dad's health. I'm a tradesman myself and it's very rare that you meet a tradesman as good as Sean. 11/10

Removal of old doors and fitting replacements (RH17) Excellent service. Sean lived up to the reviews - quick, friendly, professional service and great product. Just need the rest of the house to look as good as the new doors now! Highly recommend.

Alluguard roller garage door (BN10) Had a problem with my roller garage door, rang Sean who quickly came out and got me out of trouble whilst on his way to taking a weekend break which I thought was quite impressive. Part was ordered there and then and speedily fitted on his return, all under warranty. Did a quick service and replaced the door battery whilst he was at it. As a property developer I know a thing or two about tradesmen and he is definitely one of the good guys. Thanks mate and much appreciated.
