My experience with this company has been unacceptable. There is a consistent lack of commitment, particularly in terms of timely attendance and adherence to agreed schedules.
The conduct of their representatives was discouraging and fell well below the standard that any customer is reasonably entitled to expect.
I strongly advise prospective buyers and sellers to exercise significant caution when engaging with this company.
Given the overall experience, I would not be surprised if internal staff or associates were encouraged to leave positive reviews simply to inflate their ratings, as the quality of service I encountered does not align with the ratings displayed.
