Friendly staff but some are abrupt rough towards my mother. They dont seem to be able to read cook or follow simple instructions.

The emiran team assist with my mum 3 times a day and the care and patience they present each and every time is lovely. They build relationships with the people they assist. My mum was quite poorly today and feeling quite weak and when charity arrived she gave mum a lovely hug and really reassured her, and helped create a safe place for me and my daughter. We were all three really grateful to have her there. The rest of the team that see mum are equally as compassionate. All of our thanks as always x
