Booked eMaids to clean a few rooms in my house and I was disappointed. They showed up late, and didn’t stay for the entire duration of the 3 hrs. Didn’t have all of the necessary tools or supplies and my house looks almost identical to the state it was in before (except some reorganization and the stove). Mirrors and floors are still dirty and there’s practically no evidence that they were even here in the first place. Grateful that I had a “first time special” 3hrs for $130 but again, just disappointed.
I used eMaids of Los Angeles and they did a great job on my home! I compared prices and services of several local house cleaners and after speaking with Steve and Breanna, decided to go with eMaids. They were ver professional and their attentional to detail was top notch. I highly recommend using them.
Please steer away from this “cleaning service business.” I called a month in advance to book a deep cleaning for my one bedroom apartment. I was specific about what I was expecting considering I am 9 months pregnant and wanted to get my place clean and ready for baby to arrive. Briana came in and walked through with me after I printed the checklist and asked for specifics of what I was expecting and what eas to be rendered. She assured me that it would get done. I clean every week and the ladies didn’t have much other than the deep cleaning that I needed done. When I left Briana assured me that my cabinets will be wiped down, baseboards will be cleaned, the side of the refrigerator close to the stove would be cleaned as well as the inside of my cabinets and things. When I came back after 2 and a half hours, and really looked at the work that was done, she blatantly lied about what she did. She didn’t sweep or mop. I seen dander and things on the kitchen floor in two different areas and asked for it to be cleaned. Briana then sprayed solution and started sweeping with the swifter and gathered a whole pile of stuff from the floor. That to mean meant that she did not sweep or mom my floor at all. Didn’t clean cabinets as I still had food splattered on the cabinets near the stove. The back splash to my tub was not cleaned at all. I guess because the tan color they thought I wouldn’t notice that it was not done. The cabinets were not wiped out at all. I was so upset I ended up doing it myself 9 months pregnant, wasted money for no reason.
When I called Steve, who is one of the owners of eMaids, after multiple attempts of contacting him and days of awaiting a response, he listened to my dissatisfaction and stated that there was nothing they could do. Totally not customer centered nor are they good at the business that they are advertising. Please, go elsewhere with your business. I then told him I’d be writing this review and he said, “ok, and I’ll be sure to respond.” Only to save face and mislead customers as if they care.

Wow i am so impressed with the service steve and his crew provided i have a 4 bedroom house and hardly any time to do my cleaning i definitely recommend emaids services and will absolutely be requesting them every week to help me out with the cleaning
Steve and his crew did a great job preparing my rental apartment for the new tenants to move in. I was particularly impressed with the use of the electrostatic technology to kill all viruses including Covid and Monkeypox. This is the best way to ensure our new tenants’ safety and peace of mind. I will definitely use them again!
