UPDATE: The business called me concerned about this review because of the one star and it brings down their average. They said they are taking this seriously and offered to make things right with a free cleaning from a different person. I declined as there are bad feelings now but will change the rating to four stars so their business isn’t harmed. I also want to add that we were never told about the lady’s medical conditions, it was always a different excuse hours later once the lady was located. Also, I have a medical condition myself which is why we needed these cleanings, it’s a big expense for us and we sacrificed to be able to swing it. In any event the review is updated but I’m not removing it as it’s an honest review which is the whole purpose of reviews. Hopefully in the future they wont let this happen to other customers because honestly they didn’t seem to care one bit each time it happened. ************ I wanted to love them. The first visit was great. They showed up at the scheduled time and did a wonderful clean, the best we ever had. But that was the last time it was good. The next time they never showed up and two hours later when we called the office they could not reach the lady at all. Three hours later they called and said she had fallen asleep in her car could she come now. Promise it won’t happen again. The next time it happened again, that time it was a different excuse for the no show. Hours later oh I can come now, promise it won’t happen again. Happened the next time again (today), this time oh I can’t come I’m sick, how about tomorrow. But we can only do Tuesdays and none of the future Tuesdays worked for her. Had to be on her schedule or no go and I work from home and could not do it. Called the office to cancel service and they said what if we replace her with someone reliable. So they knew she wasn’t yet they didn’t care. And they could not accommodate Tuesdays with the new person. Ok they said we will cancel. We always tipped the lady great and were so nice to them even when they were hours late. What is so hard about showing up for work and not canceling or going missing three times in a row. So now they get one star and we are stuck finding new cleaning people who can show up when scheduled. I do not recommend this service.

I used for a standard apartment clean. Cleaner did not show on time and tried to call company and no resolution. Seems others have had the same issues. Will try someone else who is more responsible.

Crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and did an excellent deep clean on a large home.

Murna was phenomenal. She did a fantastic job at cleaning a very dirty apartment. She left nothing uncleaned. I would highly recommend her to use for cleaning.

Im a very meticulous person when it comes to cleaning but i can say that this cleaning service is very good , very aware of small details when it comes to cleaning, theyre very responsible with the schedule too. Im definitely calling again.

eMaids of Edgewater's Customer Service is great. It was easy to call, make an appointment and communicate via email. They were very responsive and all the details were very clear. The cleaning professorial was on time, nice and did an excellent job. I recommend them highly. I had eMaids come by again after a great experience a couple of months ago. They did not disappoint. She was great and attentive , the stubborn gunk that was built up in the bathroom that is pain to clean was meticulously cleaned by her.
