1 star is for their customer svc. The cleaner came late and spoke no English. I had explained to them I only wanted clothes folded I had in my livingroom and livingroom organized. She went into my bedroom without my permission took pictures of my bedroom without my permission and sent pictures back to them. They called me and said I needed a deep cleaning with 2 people and would I be interested. I told the girl to leave immediately of course she spoke no English so I had to speak into her phone so she could translate it. I then called them up and explained it was against the law to take pictures of my bedroom without my permission and send them over the internet and it's an invasion of privacy which is also illegal. Long story short I got all of my money back. I'm thinking about taking this further with legal actions sp they won't do this to anyone else.

We recently had emaids clean a one bedroom apartment. Following the departure of the cleaner we noticed an appliance was broken. Emaids was quick to respond and work towards resolving the situation. We have used them in the past for other properties and would continue to use and recommend them

Unprofessional, the cleaner arrived 30 minutes late, wearing a bonnet and waist trainer, with little to no cleaning products. Cleaning products came in water bottles not even half way filled. The cleaner tried to clean with only WATER. No antibacterial. I had to give them my own cleaning products and go out to buy more. They did not complete the job, floors and window seals were not cleaned. I was moving in a newly renovated home. The cleaner kept calling the staff to come help because she stated she would not finish in time. The additional person was sent and the job still was not completed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Even my bath rubs were left gritty/dusty. I wish I could get my money back.

We were in need for weekly service at our home not only where they available to schedule quickly, but the service they provided was amazing! They really cleaned our house in a through and quick manner. what tops it off and leaves a nice impression is the nicely folded toilet paper !
