The two housekeepers showed up promptly at the appointed time. They were very pleasant and courteous. They worked diligently for the 4-1/2 hours that they were in our apartment. I do wish that they spoke some English. However, they had Google Translate on their phone, and we managed.

Holi, Hope, Daisy and all the crew at eMaids are amazing. I took a chance on them after finding their business online. Their prices are very reasonable compared to some others that I found. My daughter recently moved to Ohio to attend The Ohio State University from Los Angeles for grad school. We needed someone to deep clean the apartment she was moving into from her temporary housing. I was scheduled to fly out to help my daughter move. Unfortunately, my flight got cancelled due to the global CrowdStrike outage. Holi the owner was kind enough to help my daughter move her mattress and box spring to her permanent apartment. Additionally, my daughter said that she was very impressed with the deep cleaning that they did. We will definitely be using them again.

Destiny was the person who cleaned my office from emaids. She is incredibly nice, thorough, and punctual. I really enjoy my experience with them thus far. Very impressed.

Upon Nicole's arrival, Nicole and I walked through all three floors of our house and discussed what was needed and how it would be accomplished. After that we discussed the amount of time required for her to complete this assignment. She predicted 3 to 4 hours, but also said maybe 3.5 to 4 hours. When she finished, she advised me that Monday's cleaning would be a shorter duration; probably 3 hours. Cheryl and I are happy with Nicole's work effort, work ethic, and work results. We are also happy with her communication regarding today's assignment and Monday's assignment. Beginning with Holly, then Nicole, and then Hope, we are thrilled with our initial experience with your company. The communication and services with eMaids are excellent. The staff are friendly and eager to do a good job. We have two small dogs and they can work around them with no issues.
