Waste of time for someone looking for help and to work with a therapist considering they just don’t show up for the scheduled session and Dr Pappas just wants yes and no answers and did not have any interest in getting to know me as an individual from my perspective . He could have just reviewed the forms I filled out a few times but I will keep trying to seek some help as we cannot always do it alone

I’ve had therapists in the past who made me feel rushed or like they were just trying to get to the end of the session, but Aliyah is that opposite. She really listens and makes me feel like what I’m saying matters. She gives me space to talk through things without making me feel judged or pressured, and that alone has made such a difference for me. I feel safe with her, understood, and finally supported in a way I’ve been needing for a long time. I’m really grateful to have her as my therapist.

My provider is fantastic and deserves 5 stars, however the office staff have brought down my rating. I have been going to this office for about 5 years and had very minimal issues up until recently. I was recently prescribed a new medication that required prior authorization from my provider, I called the office so they could inform her of this and they said that the prior auth had been filed. I know this can take time so I wait over a week and my pharmacy still shows that they are waiting for the prior auth. I call again to verify that this is in the works and Elite verifies that it is still in the process. At the end of 2 weeks (10 business days), my pharmacy says they have no record of any prior authorization request. I call Elite about this and they say the medication was approved 5 days ago. My pharmacy says there is no record of this. Someone from the pharmacy contacts Elite and they tell her that no prior auth was ever placed and whoever she speaks to from Elite says that they will start the process that day. So they were either lying to me on the phone or just not looking into the information enough to determine what was actually happening and providing misinformation. Essentially, it seems as though the front office staff do not want to actually do their jobs in providing proper care, which is evident because I still do not have my medication that my provider prescribed over 2 weeks ago and I know I would have it by now if I had been able to communicate this sooner to my provider directly, but everything has to go through the office first. Even the patient portal messages aren’t seen by the provider until the office sends them to the provider (and sometimes they don’t even do that). I’ve had numerous times where I requested medication refills, never heard a response and never received a refill, then I see my provider and she says the message was resolved without anyone forwarding it to her or anyone actually resolving my issue. If you are going to work in a health care field, even as a front desk person, then maybe take the time to ensure you actually care about the patients you are providing services for (posting this as someone who also works in health care).

charged me for a no show appointment I never set, confirmed, or got notifications for but refuse to dismiss the charges. They have counselors. Not actual therapists.
Professional and friendly
My daughter sees Kelly, in Brandon and she is fantastic! My daughter has been a huge challenge for months, but Kelly stuck with us and gave us a ton of professional help! We would highly recommend Kelly to any patient. She is intelligent and extremely professional!

The Best
I am 78 years old and have been in therapy before, but I have to say I have never had a therapist as good as Ann Voorhees. I cannot tell you how comfortable I was confiding in her and the guidance that she gave me was exactly what I needed. If I could give her more than five stars I would. She is enthusiastic, compassionate, and just really gets me. Thank you Ann so very much.
Been seeing them for a month but not really, no warning and the phytrist Wendy quits no call or nothing, my therapist i seen once then she was out for bereavement whichi can Understand, had a appointment with her at 9 she just canceled,I have bad anixty and just found out son only child I have has cancer, the people who answer the phone are so rude, if you need to look me up my name is Sharon DiNardo

Unprofessional, unkind, unorganized. Go somewhere private and not a chain.
They will push telehealth vs in person, they push meds or question your choice of therapy vs psychiatry before even having a session with you. Scheduling is crazy and again unprofessional. They are RUDE and the last thing you need when you're seeking this help.

Honest review
Debrahlin is the provider that I have always seen. A few years ago I was having panic attacks constantly and barely functioning. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through. My husband encouraged me to go to Elite DNA and truly believe the Lord led me to Debrahlin. She told me that I would get better and within a month of being on the medication she prescribed I had never been healthier mentally and emotionally. I haven’t had one panic attack since then. I feel joyful, steady, and just so at peace. She has been so wonderful to work with. She listens, she empathizes, and she is just so good at what she does. If you’re struggling with depression or anxiety- I highly recommend seeing her. She is such a light and she knows exactly what helps. My life is completely different and I couldn’t be more grateful.
I am very disappointed with the care my daughter received at Elite DNA. For the past three months, we have been trying to move forward with her ADHD treatment, but every time we contacted the clinic, a new requirement was given. Even after providing the exam requested by the psychiatrist, I was told to personally contact the cardiologist to obtain additional signatures — something that I strongly believe should have been handled by the clinic, not the patient’s family. All the doctor’s information was already included in the document I sent, yet the communication and follow-up were not done by the clinic.
In addition, my daughter had a psychologist at Elite DNA who left the clinic, and no one contacted us to offer continuity of care or assign a new therapist. I had to find another professional on my own, and we had to start everything over from zero.
Overall, I felt a lack of support, follow-up, and coordination between providers. Instead of helping to make the process easier for the patient, the responsibility was placed entirely on the family. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the importance of timely treatment for a teenager’s mental health.
I hope the clinic reevaluates its communication, organization, and patient care protocols so other families do not go through the same experience.

My son has been seeing Dr. Santamaria for a couple years. Recently, my son was supposed to have an appointment, and they texted me as a reminder. Since we had a schedule issue, I replied back that we needed to reschedule. My wife and I work afternoons, and wouldn't be able to be available. I tried multiple times to get the appointment rescheduled. When i FINALLY had the chance to call them (9 hours before the appointment), I told them that I needed to reschedule, and that I had tried a number of times to do so. The lady who answered the phone told me there would be a $40 cancelation fee. When I informed her that I had asked to reschedule MULTIPLE TIMES with no response from them, she got REALLY snotty with me, and I told her that I WOULD NOT be rescheduling! I will NEVER GO BACK THERE! EVER! And, I will tell EVERYONE how I was treated!!! Times are hard for me, and I am now paying for services that were NOT rendered!!! 😡 In addition, the cancelation fee is MORE than the appointment cost!!! 😡 They will get their money, but they have lost my son as a patient! And I will be SURE to steer anyone considering them CLEAR! THANKS FOR NOTHING!

I have pretty bad anxiety and thought getting therapy here would help but it didn’t. I made no ground in my anxiety and my therapist was focused on the billing portion for almost a whole session one time.
Their phone line didn’t pick up after I waited for thirty minutes.
Last but not least, my therapist left the company or something and elite dna did nothing to find me a new one.
If I was depressed and my therapist ditched me like this it’d be my thirteenth reason.
TLDR: Go somewhere else!!!
